I was very disappointed with service first of all. The guy serving your food was rude I asked what the difference of rices were and the idiot didn’t know. He had to ask his coworker. The answer one is brown and one is white. Lol. Omg don’t you think he should have known that. I hated the way he just threw our food in a bowl like it was slop. Steak was tough and lardy. The dining area was dirty, tables and floor and trash area were messy. Too expensive for what we got. I asked for a lid in case I didn’t eat all my food and the jerk serving the food just threw them at me. I will NEVER return. The rice was good though and the guacamole was good. But the steak was not. People go to chick FIL a better at least they have it together and are friendly. These people were out of alot of items too. Not worth the money go somewhere else !!

Sad. Do better Chipotle. Used to be the best location here. Now I’m just straight losing hope. $18 dollars for quality of McDonald’s. Order barbacoa bowl. Not only is your portion sizes half what it used to be but giving me 3 chunks of “meat”. To find the smallest one the only actual meat out of the whole bowl. The other two were gross chunks of fat. Debating on using the rest of my gift card or just giving up on Chipotle. First it was portions now its quality.

Always delicious and made fresh, just the way you like it. I was surprised to learn Chipotle offers spinach and spring greens in their salads. That made for an extra healthy lunch. If you haven’t had their honey vinaigrette dressing, you’re missing out.

I love coming to chipotle. The food is fresh and good. Sometimes they’re a little skimpy on the protein though and I don’t recommend ordering online or through door dash. Photo 2 was an actual photo of a door dash salad I received. So, go in person or don’t order! I emailed them about the order but they never emailed back.

I ordered a Carnitas Bowl with Fajita Veggies, Sour Cream, Cheese, White Rice. I got a few small scoops of rice, a couple Fajita veggies, some cheese, a small scoop of sour cream and a small piece of meat. Completely pathetic, we’ve had so many problems at this Chipotle over the years and every time we try to give them another chance we regret it.

The line wasn’t that long, which was nice, and the man making our food was great. But they were out of chips (despite a giant pile of them being visible), guac, the front was a mess, and the drink station was trashed. If we weren’t exhausted and just needed to eat we would have left.

I walked in to get some food to-go.. A lot of the meat out in the container that was cooked looked dried.. I was hesitant to order my normal burrito because of the dryness that looks on the chicken and steak.. glancing over at the grill was filled with a lot of burnt black food that covered the top of the grill it didn’t look appetizing. I did order a barbacoa burrito knowing that it slow cooked & i know it would be tender and flavorful.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Though I’ve tried to give this location more than enough chances, today was my last attempt. This location lacks good and friendly customer service from employees. I always find they feel as if they are forced to work there and it makes for an awkward and uncomfortable experience. I don’t know the employee’s name who was working the line and register because she doesn’t wear a name tag (none of them do) but wow they seem so annoyed and bothered by customers/working. I also noticed the prep cooks this morning weren’t in very good moods either as they kept staring at customers walking in but couldn’t smile or say hello. Such an unfriendly atmosphere and bad attitudes.

Before I start I want to say I don’t blame the crew working because they seemed to be trying their best but whatever manager was in charge of the shift/ in charge of training clearly hasn’t done their job. Ordered for a set time, showed up a couple minutes after that and my food hadn’t been started. Turns out my ticket never printed. That’s fine these things happen. They go to make my order and they’ve remade another person’s order. Mistakes happen and they did end up making mine very quickly and accurately after that but the problem comes from the obvious lack of training for damage control, I never got a sorry or an offer for something to make up for my inconvenience. Again I don’t blame the crew, they didn’t seem apathetic it was just like they didn’t know what to do, which is solely on the management for not training and not being there in the moment to help them. Do better by your team. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I know it’s the only way things get changed.
