This Burger King location is usually decent but today it is the absolute worst. They can’t get their orders right. Had to wait in line forever and there weren’t that many cars and all three of our orders were wrong. The first time, they completely gave us someone else’s order. We went back and the second time they still didn’t get the order right and we had to wait even though they said it was ready. Apparently they had given the “corrected” order to someone else. Came back a third time and they asked if we just wanted our money back. No, I’m still hungry! Give me what we ordered! Waited over half an hour to get three burgers and one of the burgers was still not totally correct, but it was not worth it to go back anymore. Never coming back to this particular location.

We went a couple days ago and waited 45 minutes for our food. When we went up there to ask they gave us a bag of food… none of it was right and covered in onions. Husband went to ask for money back and when we got to the car they shorted him 13 dollars. We will never go back to this location. One man was trying his hardest but the female I think was honestly high. A lot of people were mad which was understandable.

I order on the app all the time. Had 3 burgers and a fry. Waited forever till I realized everyone else was getting their orders before me when they came in way after. Asked the “manager” when the mobile order for me would be ready… she said im not sure??? 30 min later I finally got my bag. Get it together or shut down if staffing is the issue.

Keisha should not work at customer service. She was upset about an order in which she forgot to get fries for a person in line in front of my husband. When she got to my husband she asked him if he was helped, husband said no and she asked again, he said it louder. Keisha then said that she doesn’t need the attitude and told him to leave. She put in her two weeks notice. Thank goodness. Not everybody can handle customer service.

Went through the drive through at 8:20. I was told “I’m taking online orders only” so I left. So I tried to call because they’re while menu and sent online for me to order. So I called a different location and told them the Situation so she got my info to figure out why they would be “online only” at this time. she called me back to tell me they told her “they’ve been waiting for people to show up”. But people want to make more and more money, just to send their customers away. Hmm. So if you want to go to one the one on university, I believe she said her name was Brenda, but is very helpful and I’ll remember that when I want Burger King the next time.

No one at counter to take order when we got there. Took about 5 minutes for someone to take our order. Food was pretty good no issues there. Dining room and restrooms needed to be cleaned.

Went thru drive thru last week. I used a brand new gift card and my order was around 12.00. Went to use the gift card today and it had a negative balance. This is a 100.00 card that was only used at this Burger King. I no longer have a receipt for the order. Burger king just needs to close because they no longer care about their food and definitely not their customers.

Cannot follow basic directions. Ordered two sausage biscuits with cheese, no egg. Got two sausage biscuits with egg, no cheese. It’s a mobile order so it’s right there on the receipts and order slips. Don’t waste your time.
