Are generally go to chipotle for the nearest one was 15 minutes away and this is on the way home so I figured I’d try it. For starters, my wife is gluten-free and want to know from the get-go that she had a dietary restriction and they were super cool change gloves and seemed like they understood and immediately after changing gloves proceeded to cross contaminate by handling flour tortillas and her food with the same gloves. Whatever, maybe some people don’t know and I’ll do my best to try not to be difficult because I know that. But she changed her gloves and immediately preceded to contaminate them. My wife’s meal had to go to my nephew instead. She just decided it would be easier to go hungry at the moment. On top of that as we eat in the restaurant, unpacking everything corn tortillas that she had gotten were already falling apart before she had started assembling anything for our nephew. Picture for reference. The food was lackluster, The customer service was subpar, and we most definitely will not be back.

I ordered 3 cheese nachos with toppings, and they gave me everything but the nachos, and still didnt put the right toppings in it. Its nachos and they missed the chips. $15 with tip for this. My first and last time at this location

This employee should really learn how to treat customers!! He was so ungodly rude barely put food in the bowl which is expensive enough! When he was confronted about being more respectful he became even more rude saying he’s about to be change his attitude even more! And how unprofessional wearing a backwards hat!! This guy needs an attitude check! I always give people the benefit of the doubt but this was beyond out of control!

The portion sizes were not satisfying at all. The tables and chairs were messy and sloppily cleaned. There was cheese all over the tables. The bowls are huge but the portions are super small might as well use the smaller bowl for the food. Outrageous. I am disappointed and i will NOT be coming back

When I got to the location they had a sign on the door at 11am stating that they were only doing online orders due to work shortages. Now I never had the app so I have to take 15 mins out of my time to do that and try to create an account and I couldn’t due to the app saying try again later. I had to place an order as a guest. So many people were walking up to the door only to be let down. I have had many problems with this location. With them having a line and them continuously doing online orders instead of having some do them and some take inside orders. To them not staying stocked on impossible meat or other items they should be communicating with the cook before they go low. Something had to change.the store location in south county mall St.Louis, MO (90) also food was not right like I knew it wasn’t going to be $13 for this mess.

Horrible customer service by this gentlemen. I go here everyday for lunch Monday through Friday and this was my fav location until today. I was missing ingredients out my bowl so I asked for a remake I wasnt even speaking to him and he decided to jump in with a very rude comment.

An absolute joke. I tipped and they still made a horrible and disgusting bowl. Not like the bowls are cheap either it was over $28 for 2 bowls. Didn’t add sour cream or guacamole, cheese is disgusting, steak and chicken don’t taste right. Never go here ever.

They literally made me the wrong order and when I pointed it out they wouldn’t cop to it and talked to me like a baby while they remade my food. Nah, chicken protein bowl isn’t covered in queso and nah you didn’t ‘make it right the first time’
