Wife found a long black hair in her food so she waited until the place was empty to let them know, they called her a liar and said it was my wife’s hair… My wife has red hair. They ended up giving her a 10% discount. Worst restaurant experience I’ve had by far. Eat there at your own risk.

It was horrible. The food on the buffet was from lunch. Went in at 530p. She asked what I wanted. Added to the food on the bar . Never cleared the old food off. Never going there again. It was the worst. And underage children were our waiters. Do not go there!!!!!

Since covid we haven’t been able to eat at a Chinese buffet in quite awhile. We came across this place and figured we’d give it a shot. We were so happy we did! Everything we tried was very good and fresh. The owners even kept asking us if we wanted more of anything to put on the buffet. The girls waiting tables were extremely sweet and attentive. Would highly recommended checking this place out of your in the area.

I really wanted to give this place a good review after seeing so many bad ones. I really love to support small business. I was willing to tolerate the fact that there were very few choices some of which were empty or only replaced with a couple items. I thought it was cute that the owners had their children there and the children were helping. It might have been smarter to have their children in one spot rather than spread out with one table at each end of the store. The biggest issue is the quality of food. I had been here before for lunch and enjoyed it but that was over a year ago. Our dinner was awful and if we had known how overpriced it was we wouldn’t have even come in the first place. This is a small rural town so choices are limited if you’re craving Chinese food. Save yourself the trouble, this place is not worth going to.

Came in around 3pm. The food wasn’t quite fresh as you would expect at this time. However they promptly produced all fresh food for me (their only diner). The food was all very good, and the service was great. Glad I stopped in!

Food is not good. Rice was dry and the pearl shrimp had a bad taste. Overpriced. Poor service. On my take out order they didnt give me all of my food. When I called about them making it right they of course said I could drive back in to town and they would give me what they forgot but I live 5 miles out of town. Then they offered to give me $1 for my wasted time and both trips into town. If I ever got desperate enough to order again I will be pulling the paper bag apart that they secure with 10 staples to make sure all of my food is in there but I will most likely just go to DuQuoin from now on. The interior is out dated and doesnt appear to be very clean. Bathrooms are not clean. I’ve given this place multiple tries and a few years ago it wasnt bad but now the food is not good and overpriced.

We frequently order take out here and I LOVE their wonton soup and boiled dumplings. The kids are super sweet and always say hello and talk when we come in.
