My favorite Dunkin period. They make the best turkey sausage wraps ever. Even when they are super busy. The traffic still moves efficiently. You are not sitting there waiting forever. Plus the employee’s are extremely courteous, and patient at the counter. Kudos to the owner. Thank you.

I can truly say that this Dunkin has significantly changed for the better. I used to have issues with my orders every single time I pre ordered or ordered inside. It was bad to the point that I got smart remarks and rushed from a District Manager on duty. She was highly rude and didn’t even greet me but rushed me at the counter. So far the new Supervisor or Manager that are there almost every morning (Liz & Maria) has made an improvement on timing and correct orders. Always greeted and attended too, even in the mist of having issues with either machinery or short staff they get the job done right!

I came here with my girlfriend to get coffee and she wanted a avocado toast. The coffee is great. There was a small line inside when I went into the building. The parking lot is small with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. The floors were clean the tables and chairs were clean as well. There is bathrooms here. The service was great the atmosphere was great as well. This place is on Boston road in springfield mass. This place also has a drive thru.

I will give them another chance, but the service was the slowest and least efficient I have had there. I ordered a simple, medium iced decaf with mocha swirl and oat milk. After sitting at the window for a few minutes, the server came to say they were out of oat milk. She suggested almond milk. I declined and said, “No, I’ll just take it plain.” It took a bit longer for it to come, and when it did, it was very light. I asked, ” Why is it so light?” She said, “it’s probably the cream.” I said, “I wanted it plain, no milk.” So they had to remake it, and that took a long time too. When I finally got my coffee, she didn’t give me a straw. She left the window and I didn’t want to wait. Another customer behind me got out of line behind me. So I just went home. As I said, I will go back some day.

One of the cashiers thought it’d be smart to throw food at us, and proceeded to accuse myself and my friend of stealing food. Items were missing from our order, and we proceeded back inside to correct the issue. Accusing people of stealing when they didn’t is just silly, and immature.
