Food wasn’t as good as I was hoping. It wasn’t bad, but it was very bland. The chicken just seemed bitter, same with the Cajun fries. They didn’t taste like any Cajun fries I’ve had before, and just seemed like the put black pepper on them and called it a day. The wait was kind of long and the parking was very annoying. On a weirder note, one of the employees who was eating, moved his seat next to two kids after the mom went to the bathroom and tried talking to them creepily. When the mother came back he slid back to where he was before like nothing happened. Was weird to watch.

Waited and got fresh cooked chicken but a side was missing. Didn’t go back for missing side because who wants to wait twice? Chicken strips were very bland and had a lot of coating and very little chicken. The chicken breast meal was really good. I wish they hadn’t forgotten my side since it’s already a bit pricey.

It’s really infuriating to order a 3 piece tender meal pay upwards of 20$ because I decided to make my drink a medium, and added a large Mac on the side. Only to get home and have like 1 sad tender and a bunch of tiny barely edible hard crunchy bits. It’s really pathetic. Do better.

Many seem to have had the same experience as me. The service was absolutely terrible. I waited 30 minutes for a spicy chicken meal, popcorn shrimp, and a chicken sandwich. When I received my order, the shrimp, and both sides (fries/coleslaw) were missing. When I went back with just the receipt, the staff didn’t trust me. I had to fetch the food from my car for them to verify. Even after getting the missing items, they forgot to add the biscuits and started saying they had 50 other orders to handle. I won’t be coming back, and with such poor service, I doubt they’ll stay open for long.

Food was cold, Was not able to get what we wanted, was told they did not want to make it. When we did order they charged me for four biscuits but only gave me two. The floor was absolutely disgusting. We ended getting a mixed 6 piece chicken with spicy ones mixed in when we wanted the non spicy.

The man in the gray shirt was very friendly and helped me order. I have never been to popeyes before but i can say that I will definitely be going back! they asked me if i was okay with waiting about five minutes, because they didn’t have any tenders ready, and I was a little hesitant but i had nothing better to do. So I decided to wait. Boy was it worth it. It was delicious and hot! Afterword another manager came over to my table to ask if i was enjoying my food, she was very friendly. In fact, every employee I interacted with was very friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Must be short on help. The lobby was locked and the line in drive thru was into the next parking lot. Crazy busy. Didn’t end up waiting in line and ate else were. Popeyes is always good, wish I had the opportunity to eat here.

Do not recommend all all!!! Been there couple times, always miss something, first time the staff said all set, but didn’t have my drink, second time miss 4 pcs of my family meal, also we ordered spicy chicken, they said they have, but when we paid after,we have been told no more spicy only classic! Chicken was dry and the staff was impatient!!

Service was good. The location was clean. I got the ghost pepper wings and not only were they not ghost pepper hot, they were mostly just temp hot. Also, the wings were not what I was expecting based on past experience. For the price, I was not expecting tiny TV dinner sized wings. This was my first negative opinion of the food though so not a deal breaker. We’ll be back.

Order in drive through pull up pay and I get asked to pull in handicap spot as they have someone already waiting ahead of me and she says it will be 3 to 5 minutes I waited 20 minutes and had to go in to find my order sitting on the back counter. Then when I called to get it corrected, I explain that I live 26 minutes away, and that I did not wanna come all the way back. I stated that fine I will drive an hour and bring the food all the way back and she hung up on me.
