I placed an order through their app. I paid $31.65. For everything, which their food was delicious. I did not leave a tip. I picked up my order and the employee had me sign a receipt for it before I got my food. Today I got a notification from my cash app saying my transaction with Papa John’s had change to $33.85 at 3 in the morning. I was very confused. So, I called and talked to whoever was in charge today. She had told me that it was from the tip. I told her that I did not leave a tip. She was very nice and told me she would have to figure out everything. I’m sorry to say but you guys have lost my trust. I will not be ordering from you guys again.

As with all chain restaurants, quality goes down, when battling the competition. Local pizza places are my favorite. The dough seems to have gone down on quality, over the years, seems to be sweeter than it used to be, and less flavorful. Maybe to be more adaptable for their “craft” items, like the dessert rolls or poppers or whatever you call them. But you can’t go wrong with a cookie or a brownie. Those are wickedly good.

Placed an order today and ended up showing up over an hour after the scheduled time. Wouldn’t normally complain but Papa John’s prices are out of control any more. And the quality is not any better. I am paying the same that I would for a 3 to 4 star restaurant for bland fast food pizza… Been ordering from them monthly for around 25 years it might be time to stop and find someone else.

Placed an order TWO HOURS IN ADVANCE for 10:30 pm delivery. Our pizza arrived at 11:35pm. You can’t call the store… you have to wait on hold for 30min and then end up on the phone with foreign corporate people who don’t even live in the city. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sariba has no feelings. Our pizza was not what we ordered. 0/5 across the board.

They have messed up our orders too many times to count and then they send us a free medium pizza that I tried to get for our daughter today online but their promo code spot took it just wouldn’t apply it. Waited a hour for them to cancel my delivery. Number was incorrect under my account but the address was correct there’s no reason to call me just go to the address you were supposed to go to in the first place. Never had any issue with a delivery until now, I know it’s difficult to type an address into a GPS and follow the yellow brick road to the end of the rainbow, but sheeesh. Took another 15 minutes to even speak to someone to get my refund. Offered to make a new pizza or send the one I was waiting on. But I didn’t update my phone number how could you deliver it?
