I understand meat is greasy and hard to deal with some times, but I ordered the barbacoa quesadilla and for $12 you would assume my meat wouldn’t be so greasy that my quesadilla completely fell apart and melted through the tortillaas. Not to mention the quesadilla tortilla was stale because it was CRUMBLY NOT TOASTED. A stale tortilla and it taste awful and hurt my mouth to eat. Thanks chipotle for wasting my money and ruining my night.

This was my first time at Chipotle, and my daughter assured me that the food would be good. The food was excellent, but the server was in a huge rush! He didn’t give me very much time to decide and was speeding through everything! I didn’t know that I could buy chips until my daughter told me, and I wouldn’t have been able to make good choices without her guidance. There was no line. We were the only customers at the time, so his behavior was really strange. I’ll try it again because the food was really good, and hopefully I’ll have a better experience.

The online ordering process was efficient, and my food was ready on time. The earlier reviews warning about small portions for online orders had to be a mistake, right? Well, this mistake appears to be recurring. The bowl ordered was filled to about 1/2 of the portion size. Either they need to make the cartons smaller or change the practice of shorting orders at the pickup window. I also find it odd they filled the bowl to one side instead of at least trying to spread it out on the bottom.

Please, for the love of God, give me more food in my online orders. There are some very professional and nice folks who work here, but the portions are totally hit and miss depending on if you go in or if you order through the app.

I love Chipotle. But this location screws up my online order almost every time. They use the wrong salsas, forget things, or skimp you on serving sizes. The picture is of two of the same exact bowls ordered, one is significantly smaller in portion than the other, for the same price.

I was surprised at how bad the service was. My partner and I waited for about 5 minutes to get food when there were no customers in the location. The girl helping us took her time walking up to the counter. She asked what we wanted and I nicely asked for a bowl. She was very short and rude in response. I figured she was having a bad day or something and that this explained the long wait time and the careless attitude. I asked to talk to the manager since I was speechless by her following behavior. She told me she was the manager. She looked smug. It’s honestly been such a long time since I’ve had this bad of an experience at any restaurant!

I love the food here! However, I’m greatly disappointed in their brown rice. It is never cooked enough. Does anybody know how to cook brown rice? Otherwise, the chicken is nice and blackened, the fresh salsas are delicious, and the onions and bell peppers superb! Those bell peppers are so tender!

Food is great. For some reason, the last time I was there, they were playing this weird repetitive music that got really annoying after a few minutes. Staff is friendly but hard to hear them well with the background noise from the kitchen. I think some of them just need to learn to speak louder and clearer.

Used the app to pick up through the drive through. This is a warning to everyone to always go in and get your food. I asked and paid for extra rice and chicken and the to go bowl was less than half full with barely any meat in it. Very disappointing but as long as you go in you shouldn’t have an issue.
