I went through the drive thru. Was told to hold on for a good 10 minutes and then ordered. Got to the window was not greeted and waited about 10 minutes for my food before someone evens came to the window. When I got my food it was not even what I ordered. I ordered the turkey cali club on wheat bread. I got bacon and lettuce on a wrap. No meat in there or anything. Very disappointed. Even called to see if I could talk to someone and was put on hold for another 10 minutes.

I seldom write reviews, but this review needs to be taken seriously. This evening, I was in line to place an order, I noticed the young lady making the sandwiches had long braids, I mean long almost to her waist. The braids were dangling over the sandwiches as she was making them. Easily could have gotten braids/hair in the sandwiches. I decided it was best for me to go elsewhere rather than take my chances on her braids dangling in my sandwich.

Placed an online order, tipped 20%, paid online. I arrived to pick up my order at the drive thru. As I pulled around someone had a sandwich hanging out of the window to hand off. My order was 2- 6 inch meals with chips and 20 oz sodas. They gave me someone else’s order but didn’t even stick around to see if I needed anything. I stayed at the drive thru until someone noticed me sitting there. Finally what looked to be a manager came to the window and asked what I needed. I informed them that I received the wrong order. After taking it, they came back and informed me a gentleman had already picked up my order. I had to explain that there was no one else picking up my order. I received a look and was asked to park. No apology for them giving my order to someone else, more so a look like it was my fault somehow. I waited, parked for an additional 10 minutes. I had 2 young sick kids whom the sandwiches were for. I could not take them in. After waiting for my order, a young lady brings it to me. One of the sodas was wrong and one of the 6 inch subs was about 4 inches and barely had any meat. It was also the sloppiest sandwich I have seen. I was done dealing with this store so I called to let them know I was unsatisfied but I wasn’t wanting a refund. They do not deserve the 20%tip I left, but it’s fine. I still never even received an apology. I didn’t get a receipt either. I am highly unsatisfied with this order and how I was treated when they made the mistake.

Order was placed online. Order wasn’t ready when I got there and they continued to prepare other people food before they prepared mine. This is the worse subway that I have ever been to. I got my order after they completed everyone else’s orders. Customer service wasn’t that great either. I feel like the workers didn’t know what they were doing. I’ll never come back to this subway. I’d rather drive all the way across town to a different one.

Horrible customer service. When we pulled up to come inside I was stopped, and was told there was no more bread and that the lobby was closed. I went through the drive thru, and didn’t get anything I asked for. I’ve never been to a subway, and they didn’t know how to make a sandwich. My sandwich had so much salt and pepper that I could taste it, I asked for onions and banana peppers and lettuce, and got NONE OF WHAT I SAID!! ALL FIVE SANDWICHES WERE WRONG! They put whatever in a wrapper, and handed it out the window. & then when I called up there to let them know my order was wrong they said nothing. Literally, nothing.. the phone was silent and then they nonchalantly said oh……….kay. In a tone very much like “I’m bothering them” AFTER SPENDING MY MONEY ON FIVE WRONG SANDWICHES! No type of customer service whatsoever. They need new employees that know how to make a sandwich and provide customer service. Very unhappy customer, ending the night hungry, with my husband having to go back out to get something else to eat… SMH

Drove up at 9:05PM on 6/11/23 and was told they were closed due to being “short staffed”. The website states they close at 10PM. All the while there were two employees inside and I was the ONLY customer. Obviously the owners don’t care as I’ve seen plenty of reviews like mine with no response to them on this platform. Take your money somewhere else (not that they care but maybe it will shut down and something better can open in it’s place).

Subway, what are you doing. No pizzas, no salads, no meatball. Pic is of full menu,, literally only have 5 subs and 2 types of bread. Tried to get lemonade, got some kind of purple juice instead. Can’t order online as location is listed as closed. Please avoid this location.

I absolutely love this subway!! The staff are friendly and their Manager Damon is the best!! He is quick and friendly and always makes sure quality ingredients are out!! They go above and beyond at this subway! Plus the interior is really chic!! I’ve never seen a Subway as cute as this one!!

While ordering online, I could not find a way to order a fountain sweet tea so i ordered a bottle one. When Aaralyn brought my food to the drive thru window, I saw she had a bottle sweet tea. I asked and she said that I had hit the key to order a bottle but she would see if she could swap it for me. She had to go the extra mile to leave her post and go to the fountain to get my sweet tea. She did this with a smile. Need more employees like this! Thanks, Aaralyn!
