We went out with friends and had a very delicious meal .I mean, they have several dragon palaces, but this one absolutely out done. The other places are the same food fried rice,spring rolls, chicken fingers, boneless spare ribs, and beef teriyaki. What a big difference it must be the cook. Came a 2nd time on our own. Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life! The food is typically put together wrong and the staff is rude and ignorant. My daughter has the cheese outside the sandwich on top of the bun. My sprite was all syrup and no water/co2. Never again.

Douglas at McDonald’s was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. He greeted me with a warm smile while ringing me up at the drive-thru and we chatted a bit. His positive attitude and willingness to help made a lasting impression, which isn’t a normal occurrence for me at a McDonald’s. I highly recommend Douglas for his outstanding customer service skills!

If THIS is the McDonald’s on Cranston stay far away, extremely far away. #1 hands are not clean, #2 employee drinking up front while others are taking orders, #3 if I wanted to here personal music blasting I would have used my own, #4 music so loud can’t hear what the girls saying while taking orders, #5 girl taking orders needs to leave here attitude at the door before waiting on some one… #6 you can’t differ management from employees, #7 place is filthy, health department needs to check it out. I am being extremely forthright with my opinion. Not only, yet one customer walked in looked around and left.

I just ordered a coffee iced with hazelnut and the women messed up I felt bad but this took three tries and it was aweful but I didnt say anything becuase I felt bad must of been first time making coffees. I also went today to get a iced coffee again and one of the employees was complaining to me that she wakes up early and is tired and wants to go home. First off I used to wake up at 3:00 am everymorning for work and worked full time and got out at 3 pm. Secondly I dont get why she was venting to me thats what managers and therapist are for. Customers just want to get their food and coffee in peace not hear employees problems early in the morning. She works in a coffee place get yourself 3 coffees and wake up. If your working to hard or too much speak to your manager about it or find somewhere else to work thats open to your schedule. Im not a cold hearted person but NOT the first thing someone wants to hear first thing in the morning when they dont sleep themsleves and are trying to be positive themselves but have to hear negativity first thing in the morning.

And make sure you get the app that keeps track of all your points and you wind up getting extra gift food that you didn’t expect including they’ll give you a birthday month to go and give you a special deal at that month it’s worth it.
