I haven’t been in a Panda Express since I was a teenager in L.A. and since the one on Market St recently opened I dropped in. I got there right at 10:30am which is when they opened and the food was just being brought up hot and ready to serve.

My fiancé and I was expecting this location to be great as it’s brand new! Went through drive through, no one in front of us and still had to wait, had to re order at the screen twice because they failed to listen. They need training on portion control. Get a bowl and get only like maybe 8 pieces of chicken, for the price you pay it’s very disappointing. Stick with the one on veterans for all the panda lovers, you seem to atleast get more food for the money you spend. Steer away from this location!

This was our lunch pit stop on a road trip. I was blown away by the attentive service of the team! Paris in particular gets a shout out for wise meal advice and going the extra mile. Restaurant area and restroom exceptionally clean and welcoming.

Waited nearly 20 minutes to have the teriyaki chicken just to get barely warm chicken that was the worst quality I’ve ever had. It was literally inedible – 90% of the chicken pieces were just fat chunks and mushy meat. I threw it away because I’m certain it would’ve given me food poisoning

Food was good, but this location’s portion control needs work. Ordered two bowls, and one of them had significantly more chow mein than the other, almost twice as much. I feel that I received less than at other locations for the same price.

This place does not care whatsoever! Worst Panda Express in the Midwest. Every time I come you expect to wait 10-15+ minutes in the drive through. Ridiculous. And this time was the worst. Was cutting corners and didn’t put the lid on all the way and when I grabbed it it spilled all over my arm and went down into my shirt. Would’ve been ok but was not happy when I asked for extra napkins and closed window and I thought she was going to get them, but I was ignored and she was hoping I would just leave without having to deal with me. Would not leave until I got napkins and was not nice after that. Just replace the entire staff if you want customers.

As far as the food is concerned, this location is excellent. However, they really need to figure out how to prioritize mobile orders. Last week on Wednesday, my mobile order was supposed to be done at 5:55. They didn’t get it done until 6:35 and probably would’ve taken longer had I not said anything. They didn’t have a good explanation as to why it took so long, other than they were waiting on one item to get cooked. The real reason was they were filling the walk-in’s and drive-thru before the mobile orders. There wasn’t even that much walk-in traffic while I was there, either. Yesterday, my husband ate here with our son and he noticed someone waiting for their mobile order the whole time they were there, from ordering to eating. With this being a new location, I know they have some kinks to work out and have seen some improvements since they first opened. If they can figure out how to appropriately prioritize their orders, they’ll be excellent in every way, though. We’ll definitely go back, but I’m not making a mobile order anyone soon.

Food was absolutely terrible but not as bad as the customer service. Employees do not follow any sanitation protocols. In 30 minutes I witnessed staff take out garbage and not change gloves, reach inside their pants, and drop chicken and put it back in the pan. Manager was extremely rude and sarcastic. He refused to give food in to go container for no reason. BEWARE AND AVOID LOCATION IF POSSIBLE.

How do you lose a drive-thru order in 3 cars? And then give us attitude when we correct you? We have always loved the food at Panda unfortunately between the poor service and terrible exit to get on the main road I am unsure as to if we will give this location our money again.
