We used to order here all the time, we decided to get a pizza and two calzones the other day, my wife me and both the kids ended up sick with stomach bugs from the food. Will never order from here again.

My husband and I eat here fairly often. We have never been disappointed. The pepperoni pizza with black olives is my husband’s favorite. We both like the salad with chicken. The cheese steak grinder is great. The owner takes pride in what is served.

Every time we order something is forgotten! Today my marinara sauce was missing. The poor driver went back to get it. Then I realized my drink wasn’t delivered. Didn’t bother to call on that one. The food is really good but never again. I mean, you write down the orders so how is it something is forgotten?

This is the only place I eat at in Manchester. Im originally from a big city that knows food, this place gives me that, with a small town down to earth vibe. They are clean, timely, can do can specialty tailor-made dishes, and the food is of high quality and delicious. My vegetarian wife loves it because it provides plenty of options, my picky eater son loves the pizza and pastas and there’s not one meal that I had that I didn’t love. I’m reading these reviews and literally laughing out loud. Workers are always wearing gloves, are far from rude and go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. The owner will stay open a little extra longer to make sure all customers are taken care. As i converse with other customers all they do is tell me how much they love the place. I suggest you try it out first. I’d give it an extra star if I could

We do pizza on Friday’s and Pizza Express use to be our place to go! Within the last month everytime we call, it goes to a “this call can not be completely as dialed…” message. After this happened twice, we drove by and to our surprise they were open, so we ordered in house. The manager explained that someone must have bumped the phone off the hook. Well this has happened several time since. Every time we have to go into the establishment, order, then wait in the car for 30mins+. The manager uses the same excuses everytime. We use to leave a decent tip until we found out tips go strictly to management and aren’t split among the employees. Totally disappointed in these new negative customer service fails! I do not recommend wasting your time here!

Steak tips so salty that they were inedible on a salad and in a sub. The best they will do is make you go back so they can remake it. No credit, no refund… why should the customer suffer and have to go back to the store? Shouldn’t it be made right and delicious the first time? Don’t go there…they are not associated with Pizza Express on Valley Street. Pizza Express 2 is an entirely different owner an individual restaurant separate from the other one. $70 down the drain.

My coworkers and I ordered a few subs and sides for lunch to be delivered. It took about an hour and fifteen minutes for the food to be delivered. When we searched through the order we found only five of the six items showed up. I looked at the receipt and found we had been charged for all six items. After waiting over an hour for the food to come I was no longer interested in getting my food. I drove to the restaurant, showed the receipt to the cashier and asked what happened. It seems they totally forgot the other item we had ordered from them. They asked if I wanted my order and I told them at this point I just want a refund. When I got back I found my coworkers had all eaten some of their food and then thrown out a least half of their subs because the food was “terrible” or “awful”. Apparently I got the best thing on the menu, nothing. What aggravates me the most is that it took me fifteen minutes to drive there, ask for a refund and drive back through multiple lights in slow weekend traffic. I highly recommend looking elsewhere and will never suggest this place to anyone.
