Been coming here for a couple of years as I work on campus, one of my go-to spots for lunch on Anschutz. Friendly staff(thanks to Avi especially, she’s always quick to help out customers!) and a solid place to grab a quick bite to eat. Definitely will keep coming back here as long as I’m in the area.

The slowest Jimmy John’s probably in the state. I put in my order 45 minutes before I plan on picking it up and they were still probably 20 online orders behind. So I spent my whole lunch waiting for my order to not eat because my order was still not ready.

We placed an online order and after 15 minutes it was not ready. We then watched you make order after order of customers just coming into the store ahead of my order. You are only open 8 hours, 5 days a week and you cant even manage that!? DO NOT waste your time with this location, there is a Subway right next door and a few other options that are way more worth it! If it is going to take over 30 minutes, you could go to a sit down restaurant and have better service!!!

Office put in order at 10am. Went for pickup at 1. They didn’t do it nor did they call to let us know. Just said they couldn’t fill our order. Maybe give us a call before we come to pick it up 3 hours after ordering!

I keep getting turkey added to my Vito and this is the third time the turkey hasn’t been there. I’m paying for extra meat and not getting it. This time I even asked to confirm when my Vito was called. I said “with turkey?” He looked at my receipt and said “yes it has turkey”. No turkey. I don’t have time to walk all the way back over to get it fixed.

Most of the time my service is good but wheni went in yesterday I feel like I got scammed. The problem that I had is I ordered my meal with a cost of $10.50. I paid using a 20 dollar bill. As the cashier was collecting my change, she looked at the girl making the sandwiches and that girl proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t give me the 50 cents because they were out of change and asked me if 9 dollars would be OK. I agreed that would be OK but when I saw the cash register being closed, I noticed change in the cash register. I started to think if they do this to all their customers using cash, they have the potential to not only rip off paying customers but also rip off Jimmy John’s since some individuals will not return due to feelings of mistrust. If the change really was the problem why do I have to pay the extra 50 cents? Why didn’t Jimmy John’s pay the extra 50 cents and give me 10 dollars back instead of 9 dollars when I should have received the correct amount of 9 dollars and 50 cents? If this happened to 75 individuals that payed with cash on this same day with a similar order and price range, that could add up to around $37.50 that Jimmy John’s is making or if it is a scam, that someone else is making. After thoughtful consideration I am not OK with this and I will not be eating at Jimmy John’s on this campus again. I guess if it helps the sandwich was good but not for $10.50 for a sandwich and a bag of chips.

Apparently 15 subs is too much to handle. Rude employees and poorly managed. The manager doesn’t care and it’s obvious. Rap music blasting with inappropriate language. We ordered a bunch of unwiches and they were poorly wrapped. Sandwiches were poorly labeled. With this location being near a large campus you think they would be used to large orders. Bad customer service. This is the worse jimmy johns I’ve ever been to. Also they are far from “freaky fast”
