General manager Theresa is a horrible racist I have caught her talking in Spanish to her employees about myself and other customers! Guess she doesn’t think people who are not Hispanic can understand spanish !!! Me and my family go to this McDonald’s all the time and the only time I have problems is when she is there she has called me a liar, blamed me for McDonald’s app issues, refused to accept valid coupons or offer any solutions to problems they cause through their negligence. I have reported them numerous time for serving expired food on back to back days even after it was brought to their attention. AND I GOT A HAIR IN MY FOOD these people care so little about their jobs

The worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. You order items a special way. They put the sticker on the box and you assume it’s right. It won’t be. They can’t even count to 10 to put the right amount of nuggets in the box. The 8 yr old can tell just by looking at it. The adult putting them in there is mystified by numbers. I’m writing this as I’m sitting in the parking lot. I ordered my food at 2:18 .It is 2:42 I redeemed a free happy meal for my son and I wanted to order a McNugget meal for myself, I had to explain to the person 3 times taking my order that I wanted a McNugget MEAL not just McNuggets. Tried saying “I don’t think you can do that.” When you quite literally can. They finally got it and I pull forward and they literally had everyone in the drive though pull into parking spots. They bring out the nugget meal and not the happy meal so I have to wait for that while my toddler was screaming. They not only forgot the straw for my drink they also forgot my sauce. Idk what is going on but your workers are quite literally incompetent. And that is putting it nicely. EDIT: I ordered a dr pepper and they gave me a coke lol

I go to this location quite a bit and it seems like almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I get half full fries or my order hamburger RAW OR WRONG.. Its frustrating!!!
