Hubby and I stopped in for a quick bite. We shared a 2 piece dark meal. The soda was tasty. Our meal was salty and the pieces were small. To our surprise the dining room is nonexistent (closed). They closed it off with a wall, so we ate in the car. The cashier was friendly( nice) , she was talking so fast I didn’t understand what she was saying. I told her and she apologized for that. I hadn’t patronized this restaurant chain in years!!! Their prices have increased quite a bit and the portions are definitely smaller. We will not be back.

Enjoyed fresh cooked chicken, gizzards and rolls soft and delicious , because we were in drive thru and neither couple decided before hand what we all wanted there was a little confusing moment and if the microphone still on the employee mentions dang they don’t know how to order we didn’t say anything we laughed at it because it was confusing and our fault, but with society today hearing a comment like that could have gone left. We were thankful to get Fresh Hot Tasty Food. We know next time to decide ahead of time what we will order. Thanks to Williams Chicken. This establishment never disappoints.

This location has a rude manager that talked crazy to me for not parking in the front of the building to wait for my 8 legs and fried okra that I was charged $18 for. I had lumbar hanging off the back of my truck so I couldn’t back into the slot. She shoved my food in my hand and started raging about telling me to park in the front. This will be my last visit to this location. Not to mention I was told by the young man that took my order that it would be 16 minutes but it took over 20 minutes for food. Not to mention that I waited patiently but the worker came out with the attitude.

I hadn’t eaten in Williams in quite a while and the prices have increased dramatically. It’s cost extra to have 2 legs with the 2 piece dark, instead of a leg and a thigh. The food quality is the exact same, which means it may be fresh or it may not, so the increase in price when the quality hasn’t elevated is weird. The wait time can get Looong at this location.

Today was my first & last visit to this establishment. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. We ordered 2 piece white, all wings and a 3 piece dark, 1 leg & 2 thighs. When we got our order we stayed at the window in line to check for accuracy, which was good that we did, we were missing one thigh. When we tapped our horn to get someone inside the restaurant’s attention the door opens and without any acknowledgment my husbands informs the female that we had an incomplete order, a thigh is missing. The female yells to the other employee they said they missing a thigh. The other employee yells what’s in their other box, other female employee proceeds to ask, we responded 2 wings as we showed her the inside of our box. The woman throws a thigh in a box and hands it to us without an apology or anything. I was applauded by their behaviors and lack of empathy, common courtesy and poor customer service. I kindly said, so we don’t get an apology or anything. The female at the window said, you fine. And proceeded to close the window. Just rude. Now, I should have asked for a full refund based on lack of customer service skills and limited ability to count to 3. Those were the warning signs that we did not heed to… things turned worse as we bit into the freshly cooked greasy chicken. The first bite I know my blood pressure flew up like a rocket. The level of salt on that bird was like Lot’s wife made it and seasoned it with her fingers. I tried to remove the skin to consume it but it was as if the meat was soaked to the bone and washed in the Atlantic Ocean then basted in pure table salt. My husband and I both grabbed our water bottles to rinse the taste from our mouths. We both decided to take the lost and throw the chicken away. We may have consumed 2 bites which were two bites too many because the next hour the party moved to the bathroom with stomach aches and diarrhea. It was horrible. Never again will I ever dine in that establishment. I know Hiawatha Williams would not approve.

My fiancé and I ALWAYS say we will never come back here but somehow end up back here because this is the closest Williams chicken to us. Every time we come here it always takes them forever to even greet us at the intercom and when they do, they start to take our order then tell us to wait and then takes forever for them to come back and complete our order. They never have enough chicken to serve no matter what time of day it is. The customer service is HORRIBLE and they are very rude. This Williams Chicken needs to be under new and better management and better organized.

I don’t know why I keep trying this location , they have a lot of people working there playing and making sure their friends get free food . They don’t care about the customers and the long line in the drive thru. I’ll make that drive from cedar hill to go to the one on 67 and red bird , better customer service and fresh food .

Food is great but had to wait in the drive thru 15 mins before ordering another 10 mins once order was placed and other 15 mins while it was cooked. Service could be better. But it was worth the wait.

Their lobby is not open for business. Sign on door is misleading say’s lobby open, but when you walk up to door it’s saying only for take out. In my opinion that’s false advertising your lobby is not open if people can’t sit down and eat!!!
