I ordered online and went in to pick it up almost an hour after ordering. Upon arrival, there was a lot of people waiting inside. It took so long just for someone to come and greet and help me when i came inside. They made us wait even longer for our orders. After I got home and opened the pizza, it was made incorrectly and didn’t taste or look the same as my previous pizzas I’ve ordered. (I order the same pizza everytime) I didn’t want to go back and wait even more so I called them but they didn’t answer. I kept calling them and they never answered once. And it was 2-3 hours until closing, so it’s not like they were closing soon. I called them the next day and told them what happened and they told me they would only remake it if we bring 85% of the pizza left. My family had been waiting a long time and were hangry so we ate it with 3 pieces left. But my hubby didn’t get to eat it because his half of the pizza was the side they messed up on. They made an excuse of their phones not working well but they answered my phonecall perfectly fine when I called the first time the next day. This business just has a bunch of teenagers running the place and they are so unprofessional and don’t know how to do customer service well. I spoke with 2 managers who sounded like more teenagers. Like you need to have an adult with each crew of teenagers here. Terrible service. They would not remake my pizza. No courtesy to make things right.

Rating used to be a 5 – reducing to a 1. New management == terrible. Super slow completion of orders. Bad service. Got order wrong. People coming in for hot and fresh found nothing available for 15-20+ minutes. So bad – don’t come here. Never again for us.

They usually have great pizza but I have to say this time was disgusting. The cheese on the pizza was like nacho cheese which tasted horrible and they only put 3 cheese bread sticks in the bag. And they won’t even answer the phone. I get they are busy but damn take some pride in the work you do or get a different job

If I could leave negative stars I would. This is the second time to this store and it will be my last. Both times they messed up my order; second time while I waited at the store to ensure they got it right. The store is dirty. They are out of many items. When you try to resolve issues the staff are highly unprofessional.

Never have hot & ready pizza and it’s been a nightmare picking up orders from here. The tiny lobby often fills up with grumpy customers & wait times can be up to 40 minutes. Employees are trying but they’re severely understaffed & a handful will ignore you’re even there when you’re waiting for service.

Problem with my phone in order, but the manager took care of it in a very professional way. Being from Chicago where pizza is King, I would be laughed at if I raved about Little Caesars Pizza in Chicago. However, their (tangy) sauce in Oregon is outstanding – which is the most important part of a pizza and we love it, especially their thin-crust pizza!

Hair in my food that was cooked into my cheese that was brunette. I called to complain and they said they would do a full refund and 2 new pizzas even though I really didn’t care about the pizza the refund I wanted so I went back to get it got less then I spent back and an over cooked pizza. When leaving they started talking rude about how they felt it was ridiculous and petty and so on just ultimately rude. The customer service is terrible the hygiene need so much work not to mention employees need to not cuss every other word and play with their hair either. Again had hair in my food didn’t get two I got I one to replace it and not all my money back and disrespected by the manager himself. Wife called to get other half and no one will answer. We want corporates number we are furious this is not how you treat customers that you inconvenience with bad hygiene and wasted gas.
