There’s a young girl that sometimes works the drive thru window is unbelievably rude. No eye contact. After you’ve ordered and pull around, she’ll look straight ahead and merely sick her hand out of the window – palm side up – waiting for you to lean over and put your money into it. She’ll make change and hold her hand out again, making you stretch out as far as possible to get it from her. She won’t make any attempt to stand up or extend her arm to help you reach her. The entire time, she never once looks in your direction or says a single word to you…no “thank you,” no “please drive up to the next window,” no “have a good day.” Nothing. It’s awful.

I’m enjoying the points rewards system that they offer. The drive through is typically pretty quick but sometimes the drinks don’t taste right. Like they ran out of syrup and taste like seltzer. I typically check the fries to ensure that they are fresh because sometimes I’ll get a bunch that have been sitting for a while. Bug out of all the McDonald’s in Alpharetta I’ve been to I feel like the food is typically fresher at this location. I can’t say I’ve had a terrible experience here at all.

I get it — it’s McDonald’s. And I’m leaving a review over a couple dollars. But I downloaded the app specifically to use here, and asked for the large fries deal. I couldn’t get the numeric code to load even after a couple mins, but the QR code was available. Well, the lady at the drive thru could care less, and didn’t provide any help. So I had to pay for the fries. Also, my double cheeseburger was cold.
