I ordered three soft tacos with no tomatoes. Drove twenty minutes home. Opened a bag with two items in it. I thought they forgot one taco. Nope. They gave me a buritto and a hard taco. I said to myself, well that’s frustrating. But no harm I’ll just eat these. And bit into the burrito and got a mouthful of tomatoes. Are you kidding me?

There was a dead roach on the floor in the women’s bathroom. There was a yelling match coming from the kitchen between staff and manager. Very upsetting to listen to. Foidxwas good but they made the wrong dish for my friend, then gave it to someone else and had to remake again!

I love taco bell but it seems they are always forgetting my sauce. Which isn’t a huge deal but very inconvenient. There is a lady who works the drive thru window and she never seems to speak except to tell you your order total. She seems almost annoyed that she’s there and wants everyone to know it.

All the tables were dirty. Orders were not correct. Took one taco back because there was hardly any meat on it. Took it back up there all they did was fill it with toppings. They were not friendly at all. Acted mad when we took the one taco back up.

Sour cream was placed on the outside of our taco. Our order was messed up and they asked for our receipt. Our nachos were missing the tomato and sour cream. Whoever the girl was told the guy helping me to throw away our receipt and there was no proof. We have ate here other times and we thought it was just confusion on the order. We are in the lobby and Staff was disrespectful to the manager.

Could not receive drive-thru service on bicycle at 9am, which is a problem because this Taco Bell is on a major bicycle route (ACA Transamerica). Unfortunate because Taco Bell often provides a solid vegetarian breakfast.

Nacho fries have 0 seasoning on them, when asked why manager stated thats how its supposed to be, when i pointed out the literal picture on the board he said “i dont know why they make it look like that” yet any other taco bell in the world ive been to they look seasoned. Food is extremely soggy, would never come back here if you paid me

The quality of food and ordering has gone down since closing indoor dining. When ordering, double check the screen because I had 4 errors. I noticed 3 and got them corrected. I also asked for a senior discount, was told it would be taken care of at the window. Got to the window and slid my card. Checked the receipt and noticed no senior discount. Was told that I have to ask that again. (Now my fault). Just “sorry” a few times. Got home (small town) the crunchy taco was at the bottom of the bag and crushed. The burrito and 3 soft tacos were on top. Checked toasted chalupa box and that crunchy taco was broken. It looks like the tacos are made ahead because the shells were soggy. I asked for ‘no ice’ in my drink and it came 3/4 full of ice. I ordered fire sauce, but on the receipt it says hot and received that.

Service is great. Restaurant is modern. The food was not quality of a large chain restaurant. The sauce pack were nasty..had stuff on them like cheese pieces and sauce drips. Looked like they picked them up off a dirty table and put back in containers. Not likely to return here. For the price for fast food tacos..should have more attention to details.
