Must be a popular place. They don’t lack customers. Service was fine, food is good. The place is a mess! No tables were wiped off, the trash receptacles were overflowing. They need more help . The workers were all busy trying to serve customers. So the cleanliness is pretty bad.

Horrible, had a simple burrito pickup order but received my burrito with sour cream all over it and the foil with lettuce and tomatoes hanging outside the wrap. Worked in a burrito place for 3+ years myself and have no idea how anyone allow this to be served. Disgusted by this experience, will be dining at Qdoba and Moe’s here on out

This store needs a bigger lobby, but that probably won’t happen. Being near a high school, a college, hospitals, and the interstate, they are always very busy. The line gets long and often gets wrapped up in the dining area. With that being said, I’ve never had to wait too long and the food is always fresh when I go. The service is sometimes rushed but I understand when the line gets like that.

Always great food for ~$10 you can be so full you won’t be hungry for breakfast tomorrow. Highly recommend the chicken burrito. Something I noticed is the lemonade options they have there, aside from being delicious, 5% of the sales go back to farmers.

My order wasn’t correct when I got home. I called the store and the “manager”Jake hung up on me when I said I wanted a refund for the missing item. I then came into the store immediately and he lied to my face saying he couldn’t hear anything…. Well if you couldn’t hear anything how did you know my name? Absolutely disgusting from a “manager”

I placed my order through the app for delivery and my delivery guy had to text me and say “ they are out of food and are not making your order” Chipotle themselves did not contact me at all and didn’t answer my calls and mind you this was an hour before they closed so there is no reason that they should be completely out and not answering there phone. Also my friend ordered just a few minutes before me and her bowl was full and everything i wanted besides the meat. In conclusion it was very unprofessional and inconsiderate for them to not at least reach out and even the lady through door dash said they have to handle it on their end as well.

They took our order and at the last minute they cancelled. So now it’s too late to order from anywhere. Their customer service sucks. Their prices are outrageous. And now it’s going to take 4 weeks to get a refund for an amount they had no problem taking out of my account in seconds. Garbage.
