We’ve ordered numerous pizzas from here over the years, but our last two visits resulted in poorly made pizzas. The first occurrence of a bad pizza was in May. It had tons of olives on it when we asked for no olives. The second occurrence in July didn’t have spinach on the Herb Chicken Mediterranean. This is so obvious just looking at it, as it was only white with occasional red spots of sun-dried tomatoes. What is going on? Why has your quality deteriorated so much?

Worst Papa Murphy’s I’ve ever been too. $2 more expensive than another location down the road. Ordered online at 5:30pm. Went in at 6:15pm, only 1 pizza was on the ready rack, wasn’t mine. There were about 10 folks all waiting in the store as well… Not a good sign. I asked for an ETA since it was already 45 minutes, and they preceded to tell me my order was basically at the bottom of a big pile of other tickets. Then another worker tells the employee with the tickets that he hasn’t been organizing and ordering them right. I asked for a refund since I needed to get my daughter ready for bed and can’t wait another however long. Then the guys says he can jump the line with my pizza since I was unhappy. I declined and just wanted to leave. The manager wasn’t there and I was told they would refund my order later….??? I asked if they would call me or something to let me know if was actually refunded. He said they could call me when they process it.

Unprofessional. Sold me pizza and cheese bread, but then took the cheese bread away from me and said it was for another customer. I proceeded to ask if they could make more, and they refused. Ended up with smores bars that were missing toppings that were described to me by the employee and on the box. All of the employees seemed like they did not want to be there and were pushing for customers to leave. Open sign was off well before closing time. Really disappointed with my experience here and don’t think I will be back.
