With all the reviews I almost didn’t go here but I’m glad we went ahead. I had no issues and an overall great experience for takeout wings. Food was done on time, order was accurate, they didn’t skimp on sauce/seasoning, everything was extremely hot (fresh), and the staff were nice. I plan to go back.

Not sure where to start. When we walked in to pick up our food, we waited at the counter for awhile all while making eye contact with several workers. They continued to stand around in a circle talking. When we got our food the fries were thrown on a little boat and thrown sideways into the bag causing them to spill out in the bag. Only 1 food item was prepared correctly and they forgot multiple items out of our order. The fries tasted like they had been cooked the day before and were so soggy. Overall I’ll just continue going to American Deli where I can get better food and much better customer service for almost half the price of Wingstop. It’s a no for me.

This was the slowest and most expensive chicken joint I’ve ever been too! I got a 6 piece all flats combo. Three ppl came after me but left before my order was even placed on the counter. The wings were really greasy and the fries were bland! Won’t be back!

Each time I come to this location the food is horrible!!!! The lemon pepper wings don’t have no seasoning on them and the fries are soggy and greasy. I have to take my food back every time I order from this location. It need to be closed down or re-vamped and start with mgmt bc this is a huge reflection on them!! Do better!!! I took a pic of the so called lemon pepper wings and the old soggy and greasy fries. I can’t even eat this!!

The last two times we have been here it has not been the best experience. Last night was the worst. I have yet to understand why it always takes over 15 min to get the food. I know they do a lot of to go business, but last night they were very slow! only 2 people came in after us. The guy who worked the register was hanging out with two ladies at their table and when i asked about the wing special for tuesday night he got his manager to ring us up and he went back to hanging with his friends. The place was not clean-the coke machine was filthy. The table we sat at was being dripped on by the air conditioner i am assuming. There was a wet floor sign in the aisle, but nothing on the table to indicate we shouldn’t sit there. And to top it all off- as we began to eat, a small cockroach climbed down the wall. needless to say we left in a hurry. I get it- bugs get inside, but when the store is not clean and you have someone sitting around doing nothing- there is no excuse. Gross- we are not planning on going back anytime soon.
