We had a wonderful meal tonight at PhoLee! The service was superb and the waitstaff was very attentive. The crab cheese wontons were hot, crispy and delicious. The portion of meat and noodles in my pho bowl was just right and probably one of the best broths I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back for more!

Boba drink didn’t taste like the flavor we ordered. The sweet and sour chicken with fried rice both were extremely oily, tasted like a bunch of black pepper in both the rice and chicken. The spring rolls were ok and they don’t give you enough peanut dipping sauce. The Pho was ok. Would definitely not eat there again.

I was hoping to order a boba drink but the restaurant doesn’t have any non-dairy milk options. I think they are missing out by not having an alternative option both for people who have lactose sensitivity and for people that prefer other options for environmental, health, and ethical reasons. Every other Bubble Tea place I’ve been to has had an alternative milk, so Pho Lee definitely stands out for not having one.

We were dining at the place, and I noticed something strange. One of the waitresses was cleaning the tables and she dumped leftover into a waste bin on a small cart, except plates with bean sprouts and basil leaves were placed separately in a bin in the bottom layer of the cart, with the sprouts and leaves still in the plates. Even there was a used napkin over on top of the sprouts and Ieaves, she just removed the napkin and placed the whole plate into the bin and set one by one nicely. I was wondering why they weren’t dumped? So I decided to leave the plates alone on my table. It seems like they are recycled for next customer! With service like this, I was charged with 18% of service charge! Not really a good place to visit!

Where to start. The staff was very polite and helpful when I asked questions about the menu. Everything, down to the sauces, are made from scratch. *so damn good* and the speed at which the food came out, fresh as it was, was remarkable. Now down to the nitty gritty…that bowl, even as a small, was HUGE, the sprouts were so fresh they snapped. The herbs were super fresh and the spring roll pork meat was DELICIOUS! I will no longer have to hunt for a good PHO place in the area bcuz IT HAS BEEN FOUND! Not super expensive, I suggest you give it a try.

I went there today. I got the shrimp pho. It was going good until I notice something black in my bowl. I took it out and it was a bug . I will not be going back to this restaurant.

After the horrible experience I had a few doors down trying to get food this place was amazing. Clean, had nice servers, and best of all they didn’t try to force us to sit with people we didn’t know at the same table. The food was really good. My mom doesn’t normally like broccoli, but she said they had the best tasting broccoli she had ever tried. Highly recommend this place.

The food is good but we did have a problem with one of the servers. We were ready to pay and she comes over and takes my card and starts to run it. She asks me how much I would like to tip and I say cash. Then she proceeds to take a little while longer saying “the systems are messing up”. Through out this transaction, she did not show our receipt at all. After she finishes up we ask for a receipt to see that she had added a $9 tip to a $40 meal. After we were going to tip cash as well. Then when we asked why this was on our receipt they continued to argue that something was wrong with the system. No system should automatically put on a tip unless they do automatic gratuity and they do not. Feels like we were almost getting scammed. Very unhappy about this situation.
