So pizza was pretty good. Better than last time. But the lava cakes didn’t have such a happy ride. Unfortunately I didn’t figure it out until after we ate pizza otherwise I would have called in for a replacement.

I ordered a Pan Cali chicken bacon ranch pizza and for it to be well done. I got a pizza that had white onions on it, and no tomatoes or bacon and was undercooked and not cut all the way through. Tried to reach out to the store, but was on hold for over 10+ minutes.

Managers are extremely rude and show they can careless about customers and the product quality. Most of the drivers, drive like maniacs and don’t have lights working or use turn signals. Food before has been received messed up and damaged. As knowing how this store works, I will say they don’t care at all. Store manager never wants to deal with customers at all and sends other management to take care of her business. If you honestly want fresh food I’d recommend picking it up about 12-20 minutes after placing your order. That’s if you even want to order from Domino’s in general.

Always have had, fast, friendly, and tasty service and food here. The treat me with smiles and warmth. I would like to see more of the promo prices for their specialty pizzas. The all meat and the chicken taco 2 two of my favorites. They could lighten the cheese just a little on some of the orders and it would still satisfy. As a side note I noticed something funny or interesting about the Domino’s sign here as opposed to the one that’s receiving all the news attention from San Antonio the one there has it different shadow cast due to the amount of the shape assigned time of day whatever it was but this one’s blue the one from San Antonio as white. I don’t know if there’s a blanket Criterion for the color scheme in their sign or if this is just an outdated color or if the demographic in this area is differin requiring different coloring in order to psychologically influence different types of people. It seems like it would be a double-edged sword. Much like the fact that while all those that participated and helped to make it through the hard times in San Antonio. Feeding all those that it had 2 service in such a short amount of time, would have been nightmarish. You know sometimes we do things cuz we need to push through and pull through usually 4 other people. Never taking into consideration that we just maybe circumventing what God is trying to do. I enjoy Pizza it’s delicious if you look at the way the word delicious is constructed literally of or relating to that which is capable of removing the light from a host. So I try to use the word tasty when I describe how something is when it’s very tasty rather than good or delicious. Simply put a lot of people we’re going to be calling on God now and in the near future and we need to let them. I’m not a monster like I said I enjoy Pizza I enjoy Domino’s Domino’s in Mountain Mike’s that’s my go-to now there’s a strong argument for Little Caesars cuz I’ve never not like their Pizza. On the other hand I know that 60% of our energy consumes by digesting and where in the state of fasting and prayer we are closer to God. So Good Samaritans I use that term loosely because if you know the story of the Samaritan woman didn’t you understand the Good Samaritan is relative but be good as good as you can cuz it says not one of us is good no not one of us when I say it speaking of the word of God.

I called in an order and the call was sent to a call center outside of the store, customer service person had broken English and was very hard to understand. When the pizza delivery was 15 minutes late I called again , after going through an automated system, being on hold for approximately 3-5 minutes, I was greeted with a rude employee from the local restaurant. When asked about the delivery of my pizza and the time of arrival his response was “it just left”. When asked how long it would be to get to me he responded “I don’t know” and hung up.

I placed an online/delivery order. I tracked the driver. He is off track. It took him a while to get to place. The tracker showed that he was around the corner where there are NO houses. He finally rang the doorbell. He didn’t have my complete order. He left 3 sodas at the store. He told me he would bring them back. My pizza box was slightly open. I took the box anyway. As soon as I opened the box, it looked like the pieces had a fight within the box. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I thought I was being pranked. I’ve been ordering here for years. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I decided to go to the store to take a look at the staff and get a refund: I wanted to see who allowed this pizza to come to a home that ALWAYS give them great business and leave great tips. I went to the store, showed the cashier my pizza, and asked for a FULL refund. I did NOT feel comfortable eating ANYTHING from there after seeing that pizza like that. I also had 6 BBQ wings. The cashier (who claim she was a manger) and another worker, in which she stated was the manager also. She Told me that I can only get a refund for the pizza because my complaint was about the pizza. My complaint is about the service, the pizza, and so much more. On top of that, I was not comfortable with eating food from there. Now, added on to that complaint…. The fact that I have to sit here and go through this back and forth about a mishap on the stores part. I have an in store customer service complaint. I’m appalled. I’m disappointed and so much more. Everything is over. Hopefully, they really did refund the ENTIRE PAYMENT back to my card like she said she would. I want to dead this experience but if not I will wake it back up. I recorded my entire interaction with them. The 2 Stars came from the service that I received prior from this particular day. I have received great serve from the old staff before.

I just wanna say I always have a great experience with Dominos. I usually place orders for delivery when I’m feeling tired like today…I had a long day at work and placed an online delivery order and my delivery driver Rebecca got here so quick! She was so friendly and greeted me as she was walking up to my house, I just loved her energy she seems like a great person! 🙂 I had to mention her because it really is the little things in life that can make someone’s day brighter. They made a simply mistake and were quick to address it. Ray listened to what I originally wanted, apologized, and gave me what I ordered PLUS a free drink for the trouble. Called this location and made a point to speak with store staff pressed option 2 to see if they could deliver to my address because I have 3 boys with autism and couldn’t get out. The female said hold on let me check came back on and said yes we can deliver to your address, I then told her I was going to place my order online and hung up. Placed my order online and it didn’t have the option for delivery, after placing a big order I called back and they put me on hold 3 time and then said sorry we can’t deliver to your address after just telling me they could. I told her ok Than i’d find a way to pick it up because I knew they had car side delivery. Got there with my special needs children and called again and spoke with the store manager she claimed to be the stores General Manager “Sandy” is the only name she gave me after asking a few times for a professional answer. Full name: store number and contact information for complaints, as my disabled child was in the car while I held the door open to watch them because the fully staffed store refuses to walk the food to the car after telling me they could deliver it. Horrible customer service. Please train your staff better!! Domino’s do better!! Don’t leave your dog in the car or your babies and especially special needs children!!! She also denied talking to me the first time and told me it was customerservice. It was not, I recognize the voice on the calls. Customer service is always hard to communicate with and always messes up our orders so I make a point to speak with staffing at the local store.
