This is the slowest day food place in the area by far. If you want a soft serve come expect a 15 minute+ wait. If you’re ordering anything more complicated, I hope you’ve made a will because you’ll die of old age waiting.

Got the chicken strip basket and chicken strips were barely warm and the bread and fries cold even though I asked for them to be freshly fried. Manager did correct it and I did get hot ones. Man waiting on us was like a zombie, no personality. Another restaurant checked off our list to go to.

i’ve gone here multiple times and have consistently been met with the same results. the wait is unnecessarily long and the prices are too high especially since my orders are nearly ALWAYS wrong. just tonight i ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard and got a chocolate covered strawberry one instead. since the wait was too long, the store is now closed and i can’t get a refund or a new blizzard.

The place is clean, friendly staff , took a few minutes to get my order but I noticed that they were busy because of their old equipment credit card machine. The food was good and hot

My daughter ordered an ice cream cake for her birthday. Apparently a friend had one that was four (4) different flavors – each quarter different. Our cake looked more like someone was upset we asked for it and took it out on the cake. I noticed through the plastic it looked odd, but it wasn’t until I showed up to the birthday party, that I discovered it was horrible. Looks like it melted and was then refrozen. Sad for the birthday girl where social posts are everything. Images have candles, but we didn’t go any further. The group was scared to eat it so threw it away.

I ordered one blizzard online at 7:30pm. I got there at 7:50pm and thought since there were only 3 cars in the drive through and no one inside that it wouldn’t take too long to get my order and leave. BOY was I wrong. I sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes waiting to get to the window. When I got to the window I found out that they hadn’t even started on the SINGLE blizzard that I ordered. I waited at the window for another 20 minutes just for them to hand me a New York STRAWBERRY cheesecake blizzard with no strawberry, I did however find a brownie bit and an m&m. I wasn’t too upset about the no strawberry thing, just that I had to wait over an hour for a single blizzard when there were like 5 people working (2 of them standing around). If I could get my money back, I would.

Terrible service. Had to yell at the drive thru so they could hear. Worker switched out with another mid order. Forgot half our order. Wrong drink. No sauce for one order. Water gravy in picture, not in styrofoam container. Overly salty fries. Cardboard dry chicken. I love DQ, but this was the worst DQ experience so far!

My sister and I decided to take my daughter to the dairy queen on commercial st after my daughter’s 4 year check up. The worker helping us I believe her name was Ariel was amazing. Normally the workers seem grumpy and put off by helping you but Ariel was really sweet and patient. Thank you

The ice cream cone was great, but when I pulled up it took them several minutes to acknowledge that I was at the ordering speaker. Which I find super rude.

Came through the drive thru for a chicken strip basket, it came out burnt same with fries. Came inside to get a fresh order they stated it was the oil and they apologized. Made it again and this time fries and chicken weren’t burnt and black. I tried a fry anyway, it tasted like chemicals. At this point I asked for my money back as every customer from the drive thru was now walking in with similar complaints.
