We eat at this res taurants different city’s, state’s and we always ask for extra cinnamon sugar for the cinnamon twist no one ever have a problem, but this place the manager give us hell about it, we offer to pay for and manager argued with us about that. When we ask if they could add some to the twist ,”We do not add cinnamon nor sugar after they have been removed from grease & are finished frying,because it will not stick to it” was the managers response, once again we stated that would be alright with us if that were to happen. She still refused very rudely ,I then said i need her name to contact someone about her customer service skills,and nasty attitude ,which she replied i am not giving you my name ,i asked her are you the person in charge she said yes ,i informed her per taco bell policy she is required to give us a name ,she refused 2 more times ,she said i do not have to give my name to anyone,…..so wheres her name tag ,isnt that part of the uniform required for her to wear. How does she hold a leadership position ,with lack of customer service skills,sales,and leadership

Came through the drive-thru of Taco Bell last night at 11:22 pm just to grab something real quick because it was late and one of the only places open. All I ordered was a crunchwrap supreme with no sour cream or tomatoes. What I got was honestly embarrassing and a waste of my money. There was barely any lettuce in it and barely any meat and it looked like it had been stepped on. A three-year-old could have done a better job at making the taco I wanted then they did. I was never asked what kind of sauces I wanted with my taco and after the guy at the drive-thru shut the window I had to try and get his attention to ask him for some and when he grabbed them he pretty much just threw them in my hand and shut the glass with an attitude even when I apologized that I forgot to tell him what sauce I wanted and said thank you after he handed it to me. I normally stay away from this Taco Bell because every time I go there there are issues with my food I haven’t been in almost a year but decided to stop tonight with hopes that maybe they weren’t as bad as they used to be but I was wrong. I didn’t even eat what I bought, I will never go back to this Taco Bell and I feel bad for anyone who chooses to go here to eat. Definitely do not recommend. Applied here on 7/13/2023 didn’t receive any call from anyway within 4 days so i called multiple times i was always told to leave my phone number email and name. DID JUST THAT. never received a call back and the last time i called the person who answered the phone was very rude. I JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL TODAY AT 1:11 AM ON AUGUST 13 stating that my position was close that is ridiculous who ever the hiring manage is needs to do a better job you guys are saying y’all are hiring so bad but are not hiring the reliable trustworthy and respectful human beings. I was so excited about this place opening near us. After over a year of eating here, I have to revise my review. They have gotten accurate at the orders, which was a big deal. Now, though, it takes an incredibly long amount of time to get your food if you don’t just roll through the drive thru. I ordered for in store pickup and it took 45 minutes to get my order. Lots of people in the same boat. Only 2 people making food. One for drive thru and one for in store. Drive thru gets priority. Just don’t bother trying to eat in the store. Or get it at the drive thru and eat inside. The staff was working hard, but woefully undermanned during the lunch rush. Taking 45 minutes for food is too long for “fast food”.

What can I say. It is a Taco Bell. Fast cheap Mexican-styled food that will fill you up and not hammer your increasingly small wallet. Dining area was in need of a general cleaning, but the staff was really busy servicing the busy drive thru. The staff is friendly when you pick up your food but you should expect to use the kiosk’s to place your order.

I waited so long to get these now that they are back selling them. I didn’t even look in the bag I rushed home to eat and I open the bag this is what I see. I called back just to inquire about how they do the fries the manager said oh yeah I don’t know how much is in yours because I didn’t make it but all you get is one tong. I told he I could literally count the 15 fries without touching the box. She left it at that and said bye. I just paid for 2 orders of card board. Thanks they never have to worry about my business again.

Quick friendly service. However, the lady 2 cars up from us placed a GLASS on the ground between her tires, smashing it when she pulled up! Needless to say, not the Bell’s fault, but we are now very nervous that we drove over that same spot and could have glass in our tire! We obviously tried to avoid driving straight thru her mess.

Vegetarians avoid this store. They will serve you meat and have terrible customer service while they do. This is the third time this has happened at this location. If you’re reading this, you’re better off eating anywhere else in the area.
