The night “manager” (assumption made; I don’t want to describe the wrong person if they are not the actual manager)is nothing more than an abusive person from what I gleaned from the experience I endured with my 11 year old daughter and the interactions we witnessed between customers and employees. She has no problem swearing and demeaning her employees and customers while throwing their orders at them…or towards the employee they deemed responsible for the “mistake” on the floor. This was supposed to be a great thing and my daughter was so excited to say, “Taco Bell is open!” but instead she said, “Why is that person so mad and saying those things to her friends (employees)?”. I understand the stress of opening a new location but more training would lead to happier employees and better experiences by customers. Other than this one person, the people at this location were the nicest I’ve ever come across which is why I’m writing my first review ever…they deserve better leadership.

Came in here, to do a door dash, this is like my 7th or 8th time coming here, for that same reason. I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and my order still isn’t ready, but the people in the back are back there playing and joking around, instead making orders. The time now is 10:43 pm and I’ve yet to receive my order. This place needs better employees, I understand you want to enjoy yourself at work…but it’s work get you’re work done. Then when I came to check on my order the 4 employees working began to talk about me in Spanish, assuming that I didn’t understand what was being said, because of the color of my skin

Visited this location on several occasions and have never received good service yet. Figured I would give them time to kind of work out the kinks from just opening but the quality of the product is way below other Taco Bells that I have visited.

I love Taco Bell! I would love to be able to get there Breakfast in the morning on my way to work in the morning but sadly they don’t open until 9am. 🙁 I hope they will start opening at 7am real soon.

Nothing like some butt burning awesome to curb the cravings lol. Great service at this location. Food is pretty standard but that means they don’t cheap out either. The drivers out here are nuts tho, going through the drive thru was kinda stressful with all the soccer moms and teste trucks playing car wars in the afternoon. It’s calmer after dark.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I placed an order online & paid for it ahead of time due. When I arrived at the location my food was nowhere to be found. The customer service is HORRIBLE & every worker seems as if they are lost…The owner needs to get more training or more management. They will not refund your money if you don’t want the food! I was told to contact my bank for any refunds!

I’m lactose intolerant. I ordered my order online to prevent any confusion at the register. They use a black marker to write No Sour/cheese. I take it to the table and I always check my food. So I open it and it literally has cheese and sour cream like alot. Please Please if you have food allergies Do Not Go to this location. They do not care if they kill people.

Had orders for four people so I ask them to change 2 $20 bills to smaller so I could make change. Answer “we don’t break bills for change. I pressed the issue and they finally agreed. Then they said they had no $10’s and only 4 $5’s so they couldn’t do it. This was at 12:30 in the afternoon.
