Got rang up. All procedures were correct even down to the “is your order correct on the screen”..but didn’t ask me about the promo witch I think is the brownie..only two people in the drive threw at 5..the manager parked us both then lied to the guy next to me saying my order was big and I added food at the window. Completely lied. His order was 2 meals. Mine was 6 orders of tacos no sauce an 2 snack wraps..still under 20 bucks and there was nobody after me in line. I know the way a drive threw is ran for the company and it’s not like that.

Was not clean, trash on tables. Customer Service Not friendly. Asked if they still had The Pineapple Shake, associate taking my order Not pleased, lady said she’d have to check. Said yes & it was going to take awhile & I said ok. Then she turned to another employee & complained about having to make the sake, it took too long to do. Then after all that, it didn’t even taste like Pineapple & then it had a bunch of crunchy sour stuff in it, whatever it was when I took a bite. Then ordered 4 orderers of the 2 for $1.99 Tacos. They were Absolutely Terrible! Never have your Tacos been this Bad! They were sooo Greasy the paper they were wrapped in was soaked & the so called Meat mixture was so full of grease it was a thick liquid and ran out of the shell.

Went through the drive-through and Trinity rushed us.She didn’t repeat the order, and didn’t get the order right.She had to ring us up 2 different times at the drive-through window for the items that she missed.She had an attitude, and was rude and unprofessional We never got our straws for our drinks either normally. The drive-through cashiers are nice, Trinity. I’ve never seen before but she is definitely rude.

Horrible I went on my lunch break sadly I was ignored while standing at the register. Then finally someone thought to take my order after serving everyone else besides me I asked a refund because after all that time I only had 15 minutes left on my lunch. So much for fast food. Never again !!!!

Keep trying to give this location chances, opportunities. Other than getting old cold food. People’s attitudes. Especially those that are high out of their mind no manager around. Making people wait 30 to 40 minutes for an order. This location absolutely needs heavily supervised managers and consequences for the unbelievable horrible service. I truly hope someone that cares, or actually owns this Jack in the box takes a good look at everything. I was in there with 10 other people that were so upset. That was just this one time. This has been going on for several years. That’s why I drive to the one that’s another couple miles away.

First impression when you walk in the restaurant is that it’s nice and clean, but within 10 steps inside I found a homeless sitting in a booth covering the whole table with his possession and applying some sort of ointment to his leg.

I went to the drive through and I got some of the best customer service that I’ve gotten from a fast food restaurant. The person who took my order and helped me out was Bryannah. She was so patient when I couldn’t figure out what i wanted and super kind. I had ordered both Red Bull Infusions and she had informed me that they also have a sugar free option which is amazing for those who can’t have a lot of sugar! I would also like to say that the Berry Red Bull Infusion tastes way better than the Strawberry one. I will definitely be going back to this location and I hope Bryannah is there to take my order again. She’s the best!
