In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. So we ordered Wendy’s through door dash. Instead of trusting our instincts and ordering chilis, we decided to budget and go with the closest and quickest to our location. It came very quick to our home, but every single item was either wrong or inedible. The hot dog was ordered without mustard or ketchup, and it came with both on it, despite the receipt clearly stating the obvious. My question was the color of the meat? Grayish blue instead of red or brown, that’s suspicious for sure and definitely didn’t want to eat it. Then, the chili cheese fries were bacon cheese fries, not what I ordered but thankfully they were halfway edible if you could get past the grease and the soggy fries.Last but not least, the chicken tenders. These were probably sitting in grease by the looks, too hard to even bite into. This is the first and last time ordering from checkers, ever, anywhere.

The checkers franchise need to go back to letting people take the orders.then they need to train their staff on good quality customer service… ibam a disabled person and I was treated very badly , on top off that I had to get out my car with my oxygen tank and place an order because the cashier was about to lose her cool when dealing with me and my orders. Very rude and nasty…I won’t be returning to that checkers again.

Waited in line for about 20 mins when I did receive my food my fries was warm (not hot). My burger was cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. That’s a wrap for me!!

Went to checkers tonight me my wife and daughter. And we got pulled up and this is what they bring out to my vehicle we get home my chicken sandwich is dried out as u can tell on the picture fries have been redipped so many times they don’t even taste like checker fries they are limp usually they are crunchy but they fall to the side as soon as u lift one to eat but what blows me is to open my kids drink and a freaking fly is dead on top of her soda inside the cup how do you not see a dead fly in the top of a soda before you put the lid on ima going to do everything in my power to get a resolution for this bit $30 dollars for a dinner and we got old food

I went here to get their spicy chicken sandwich, which I have loved in the past. The drive thru speaker did not work and there was no sign advising of it. After waiting for a few minutes I happen to see someone hanging out of the drive thru window waving me to drive up. I drove up to find the cashier was also the cook and there was a guy on “fry” duty. The spicy chicken sandwich that I love had a piece of flat, hard, dried out chicken with a bunch of Lettuce and a small dollop of mayo. Not anything like it used to be. The seasoned fries were good and the guy at the window was friendly. I probably won’t be going back to this Checkers.

Disappointing customer service from the beginning. I ignored my thought of pulling off. Menu board says $5.69 for the “Fry Lover’s Double” combo. I paid $7.43. I didn’t upsize anything. I waited for a receipt to see the charges and was told there wasn’t one. I called back. According to the manager on duty, “the menu board shows the prices for small combos, but the computer computer automatically charges for the medium. The “Fry Lover’s Double” is a double cheeseburger with 5 fries. Also, expect mayo if you ask for NO mayo.

I ordered two Big Buford sandwiches…no mayo or ketchup and a large fry. I get home and one sandwich was drenched in mayo (even though it was special ordered and I waited around ten minutes for it), neither had tomatoes or mustard and the fries were burnt. I tried calling the establishment (ten calls so far), but no one answered and the phone eventually hung up. I took pictures and I have that mess in the fridge. I will be taking it back tomorrow for a refund. The Wynnton Rd location is where I normally frequent, but they were slacking today.

Worst experience of any fast food, or any kind of restaurant. I was called a dumb a— for asking where the drive thru worker wanted me to park and wait for a slushy. She pointed toward the road at another restaurant which I thought was far. When she called me that, I stopped the car and got out and requested my money back for the slushy which she refused unless I give her the rest of the food. She then threatened to call the police. While waiting for the police I went back and requested my money one more time. She tried to give me a slushy which was smaller than the size that I ordered. She made me wait while she made comments to another customer about the ordeal and some other stuff that I prefer to take up with the owner.
