This is the worst chipotle I ever been to… they never have food available for guess. For the last 3 times they been without cheese, lettuce, guacamole and more stuff. This is unacceptable and frustrating. I understand being out 1 time but 3 times is kind of ridiculous.

This restaurant is the worst. They do not give the portion of meat that is paid for. You have to beg the employee to fill the large spoon and if they do they charge you more instead of another portion of meat. They have an employee in training afraid to serve what the customer asks for. But it is not fair that they only use 3 thirds of the portion that should be poured into the bowl. I have never had an issue with other chipotle. I would like to contact the Manager directly and let them know. The prices are not adequate for what they serve from the portion of meat. it’s ridiculous. Last 01/05/2023 I bought a chicken burrito with little lettuce and grated cheese, they charged me $6.00, I never understood the reason, because I asked the person who served the food, that they would charge more if they added more… I told them If he realized how much they threw him, it was only half the big spoon… Other places serve better than this sad place, so I don’t know if they have realized that sales have dropped due to customer treatment and bad employee attitude…

Food rates 2 stars only because thier usual lack of having it. Went in at 7pm they were out of cheese and chips. Really?! A “mexican” restaurant out of cheese and chips? They close at 10p, they still have 3 hours of business left. Do the managers not care? Employees? I could understand if it was one thing every now and then due to deliveries, but multiple things all the time? That seems like laziness on account of the Employees either being short staffed, or not wanting to make/ fry chips. 3 strikes and your out.

UPDATE: The last two times I went here for a vegetable salad bowl-think that’s what they call it, the brown rice was overcooked. Both times I bit down and thought I crunched on the avocado pit. On June 11, 2023, again, the brown rice was not cooked properly and several times I spit out a hard piece of rice. Now I wish I took pictures.

First off they were out of sour cream, lettuce, pico and chips. Floors and tables were dirty and gross. There were only two other people eating in the restaurant so you could tell the mess had been sitting for a while. Will not eat there again or order off door dash. Surprised how they could manage to have such bad reviews for a chipotle lol but now I understand. We had literally two bites of our food before we got disgusted and left

Family Ordered online and picked up in drive through. The absolute worst experience at any chipotle ever. Food was horrible and in correct. Ordered 2 bowls and a burrito. Burrito came in a bowl with hardly anything no wrap. Ordered 2 large queso and chips. Queso was actually sour cream or something was entirely wrong. Ruined my entire meal. Always go inside, I am so disappointed in the staff.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever had to deal with. I’m from MD and EVERY one of them are great ….. nice portions of everything. Been to ones in various places in FL…. all great. I won’t order drive thru because I know it will be the size of a mozzarella cheese stick. You have to go in and tell them the portions you want.

They always conveniently run out of Rice, Lettuce, Shredded Cheese, and Sour Cream an hour or two before closing. I’m not buying it! It’s laziness or lack of competence. Order more if this is an on going issue like what is being claimed. (I’ve seen it in the drive thru btw) Do better.

I placed an order for pick up for 8:10. I called to push it back and the guy was so nice on the phone. On my way to pick it up I got a flat tire. I called them and she was so nice to me regarding a refund if I don’t pick it up. I called back around 8:30-9 asking if they can leave it outside because I probably wouldn’t be there until they close. She stated don’t worry just come and she will have it. I arrived at 11:10 PM and she opened the door and luckily still had my order. I would say from the beginning to me receiving my order this was by far the best customer service I’ve received in a while! I will be returning

Ordered four bowls. When my husband picked it up he asked for some lime and jalapeno on the side. He was told they couldn’t give it out, it was for product. He told them I just bought $80 worth of product and want some lime and jalapeno on it, the girl just stared at him and said it was for product. He was so annoyed he didn’t even realize they never gave him my lemonaid. Once he got home, our food was completely cold. The black beans felt like they came out of the fridge and weren’t heated. What mexican restaurant doesn’t offer lime? We will never go here again.
