Don’t go any further, you’ve arrived at one of the best Italian restaurants in the area. While some of the restaurants we either closed at 7:00pm or very slow, this one was buzzing with customers. It took some time to get seated, and boy was it worth the wait. They went out of their way to accommodate us with a great outdoor space, amazing team service. Despite how extremely busy they were, they still smiled, were attentive and quick. Just before closing they had a group of sixteen guests without reservation and they were welcomed in. The food was delicious, well priced and we liked it so much that we went back two days later for lunch.

I think Contonove serves good food but I think their service is lacking. The lack of service is because of our untrained waitress. She did not tell us of their specials of the day. Why does that matter? After overhearing her from the next table while we were eating.. I questioned her nicely. Her response was : “You look like you are ready to order so I did not bother …” She apologized. It is not up to her, what the customer should want to eat. And, that response is not what I would have expected. As it turns out , we would have ordered the specials.

Visited here with a group of friends, the food was good. Loved their Bruschetta, and fish(highly recommend it). Spinach ravioli wasn’t great. Overall the service was nice ambiance was cozy.

I decided to check this place out for dinner as it’s near my work. The staff was very welcoming and attentive even though it was busy. I enjoyed their wine selection and appetizers. The main pasta dish was excellent. Definitely will be going back.

Great food! Nice knowledgeable staff. Went here for a celebratory dinner and I would definitely go back. Split two delicious salads, I had the special Risotto with Scallops. Husband had a pizza. All very delicious.

Very rude behavior by one of the waiters to a PAYING customer. 1 star. Stay away if you have kids. Here is a hint “Don’t talk to me laudly from a few tables away. Rushing us of a table because our kid couldn’t wait to eat”.

We originally had a reservation here to celebrate my parents’ wedding anniversary. When we arrived, they had us set up literally on the side walk on a HILL. On top of that, it was freezing cold and coincidentally, all of their heat lamps broke the week before. Not sure why they wouldn’t just set us up under their overhang area and plan out the smaller tables to be placed on the sloped hill. We ended up getting our food to go because it was just unbearable and we were basically sitting in the dark because the nearest lights were from their overhang dining area. Our server took our orders no problem, but we were still charged a 20% gratuity on our to go order. Kind of dumb if we weren’t even served anything as opposed if we just called in the order. Food was decent at least, but not worth the upcharge.
