Derrick our server was a true gentleman. He was attentive and had thorough knowledge of the menu. I even let him pick my small plates and he nailed it. Chef came out and greeted us making sure our dishes were perfect. We love the rotating seasonal menu. Every sauce they make is paired perfectly with the dish and executed to perfection. Come to level 5 at Chaco and request Derrick, he’ll make sure your dining experience is not one to forget.

This is a restaurant and its all about the food. Chef Marc came out and glad handed around telling us it was a new menu and new staff, since when? If this was the first day with the menu I get it. Overall I was underwhelmed and disappointed.

I had the best experience at Level 5. I have just moved back to Albuquerque and decided to go to level 5. Our server Derrick was charismatic, intelligent, and all around pleasant. We shared appetizers and everything was perfect. You cannot beat the liveliness and atmosphere. Highly recommend.
