We bring my 96 year old mother-in-law here most Sundays for lunch because she loves chicken & mashed potatoes. Almost every visit, they have been out of something. It’s either no chicken breasts, or legs, or thighs, or even mashed potatoes. It seems to be something different each time. Today, they had chicken, but it was so overcooked & dry!! My husband finally went to complain about it because my mother-in-law was having difficulty eating it. The manager told us she sent the employee home who had cooked this chicken, but yet she was still serving this chicken to customers. She did replace our chicken, but our sides were cold by then. We love their food when they have it and it’s not overcooked, which is why we keep coming back. Not sure we’ll be back after today though. There’s plenty of other good places to eat.

Gets worse each time I go. Today asked for a Bo fried chicken sandwich, fries and 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweetened tea. Get to window, and I’m told “we’re out of the Bo fried chicken” Why didn’t they tell me when I ordered? Does Chick-fil-A ever run out of their signature sandwich? They said we can give you grilled. Ok, I took the grilled. When I got home it has a rotten piece of lettuce on it. My French fries were dumped in the bag, and the tea is all unsweetened. I paid $10 for garbage. I’m not going back to this location. They need some management changes.

Ordered chicken Supremes tender meal 4 pieces 2 my tenders were very small looked like chicken nuggets and dipping sauces cups are not full and 1 cup per meal is nowhere enough sauce! Also I personally think all your meals should come with drink to better give customers more options on what to eat instead of having choose a meal that only comes with drink! Thanks for understanding

I order the 12 piece meal- well I put my order in and than AFTER my card is swiped I’m told they only have a total of 3 chicken breast than just wings.. did I want to wait 45min to an hour.. I had just gotten off of a long shift at work and said no I’ll take the breast than refund my card.. she than says ‘could u move forward and I’ll bring it out and refund ur card’ I was like ok.. 15 mins later she comes out to say ‘I’m sorry we actually have no chicken other than chicken tenders’ at this point I’m mad – tired – and so irritated.. I said just put them in the box with my sides and bring it out and here is my card to refund the balance.. she than tells me she doesn’t need the card she can just do adjustments on the machine.. well 12 mins later I get the box- go home and open the 10 chicken tenders- (old and burnt) and my 3 sides for $38???? Bc my card was never adjusted.. I’m sorry but this is ridiculous and a manager needs to be there making sure chicken is being dropped every certain minutes.. lots of people were driving off of the takeout road.. I’m not going back

This is first time I’ve been to a Bogangles and they had chicken or French fries ready. They said the wait time was at least 10 minutes. It was 6PM and we were the only customers in the restaurant! We said what do you have that we could eat? We were able to get a spicy chicken sandwich and cold French fries that were so salty and overseasoned that we couldn’t eat them!

I went to get lunch about 1:30. There were no cars in the drive thru. Just one car past the drive thru waiting on food. I was told to wait three times over about 6 minutes. 2 minutes later I drove up to the window to find out what was going on. Apparently they had run out of chicken and had five customers in store they planned to address before going back to drive thru guests but they didn’t intend to tell their drive thru guests there would be a long wait for food. I found this to be highly unprofessional. They complained about being short handed but I don’t see this as a good excuse for poor communication. If you don’t expect to have your primary menu item for more than 20 minutes then your drive thru guests should be alerted rather than made to wait around in your parking lot with no chance of getting “fast food”. This Bojangles has gone down hill in service area in the past year. It is worth the time and effort to go to Seneca where you can actually get your food fast.

Rude young lady at the drive thru window tonight. I ordered a kids meal and she asked me if I wanted a 3, 6 or 9 piece. I was a little confused, but I said 3. When I got to the window, she said my total was over $9. That was when I realized there was no way it was a kids meal she rang me up for. I told her I’m sorry, I needed to order a kids meal. She started to explain to meet at the meals come in 3, 6 or 9 pieces and the kids only come with 2. I said OK then I’d like 2. She still tried to charge me over $9. I said for a kids meal?? She went back-and-forth with me about the price of their meals and was insistent on charging me for a regular mail that I did not order. I told her I only wanted the kids meal. She rolled her eyes and had another girl fix my box. At the end of it all I got the correct order and pay the correct amount. It was obviously a very small misunderstanding, but her attitude and demeanor was an attempt to make me feel stupid when it was her mistake. It didn’t have to be that big of a deal but I’m leaving this review because I personally take great care of my own customers and it’s shameful to see how others treat people who were just trying to get dinner and go home. There was no sense in her embarrassing me. I hope she has a better day tomorrow.
