Service was a bit slow considering I was the only customer in at 5:45 on this particular morning. Waited more than 2 minutes before I was helped. I know 2 minutes is not that long, but 2 staff members walked by and did not even acknowledge I was there. No good morning, no hello, no head nod, nothing. A 3rd staff member came in from outside and took/filled my order. I will stop in again and hope this was a 1 time instance.

I love DD but the last 4 times I’ve been to this location the coffee is BARELY even warm. I don’t get it! Hot coffee should be hot. Associate said they would let mgmt know so the temperature could be adjusted. At $6.40 (extra shot) I expect the hot coffee to be hot. Ridiculous

So I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel with a side of bagel bites. Doesn’t sound too complicated , yet getting to the window I could hear the employees inside realizing that they have done the wrong order. I assumed it was for another customer as they said, “oh well” and proceeded to give me an everything bagel with cream cheese. I do not know if there was miscommunication through the headset or if the employees are under the influence, but they manage to consistently mess up my orders. I do not enjoy being confrontational, but this has happened enough times where I’m having to write a review.

I go regularly with my kids before school. Went thru the drive thru this morning waited at what I thought was the speaker to order has a paper over it with stickers no one ever said I will be right with you or anything, after waiting sometime I just started to pull around telling my daughter I guess it’s broken. Finally get up to the window and tell the employee I need to order and he says you will have to pull around and place the order I told him I was in line and no one ever said anything. So we have a little back and forth and at this point he should have taken the order but chose not to so I pulled around to go inside and order and the same man comes from the window to take my order and I tell him I’m not giving him the order he had the opportunity at the window and I want someone else to help me he then says he is the General Manager and he is not serving me or taking my order today. To the Owner of this Dunkin’ Donuts : this “GENERAL MANAGER” is losing you money. Also any drive thru that we ever have gone through if there is going to be a wait they say be with you in a moment. This guy is clueless about customer service. I won’t be back to this Dunkin’ Donuts there’s enough of them around to give my business too

worked here for very short time. owner- Alex is very touchy and doesn’t understand the relationship between coworkers and managers. Tammy was the manager at the time. lady couldn’t even remember when’s the last time we cleaned anything/ which was never. hiring felons that are nothing but ghetto. glad to leave this location.

I can’t believe your employee would hand this burnt to a crisp sandwich to a customer. The cold brew is so watered down it barely even tasted like iced coffee. Avoid this location.

I had a great experience here today. I love the new brown sugar cold foam cold brew but when I went to order it they were out of cold brew. I was stuck on what to order so the cashier suggested she would improvise and make me something similar. She didn’t disappoint and it tasted very close to what I was actually craving. I think that’s great customer service!!!
