Don’t eat here – they will pocket your money. We picked up breakfast around 9 AM today (7/22/23) and they greeted us with “We don’t have gravy.” That’s fine as we didn’t want to order anything gravy-related. So we ordered 2 biscuit combos. “It’ll take 10 min to make the biscuits.” That’s fine. We have time. “It’ll take 10 min to make the fried pies.” That’s fine. Pulled up to the window and they handed us drinks. My fiance gave them $16 even though they never told us a total or gave us a receipt and they told us to pull up and they’d bring it out. My fiance asked if he was due any change and asked what the total was. “Yeah.” Hands him a few coins from the register. “May we have a straw for the drinks, please?” Y’know, cause it’s humid and we’re on a 10 min wait. Hands us straws and we pull forward. We wait for 20 min, fiance goes inside for 10 min, then he comes out empty-handed. 5 min later he goes inside and the food was finally handed to him. We ordered 2 breakfast combos and 3 peaches & cream fried pies. Instead we receive 2 breakfast combos with an extra hash brown and 4 fried blueberry pies, so they’re giving away food and pocketing people’s money. If you don’t like your job just quit. I read the reviews during our wait and they all check out. Employees suck and the hash browns were burnt. Do better.

I’ve moved into this area about a year and a half ago and gave this a shot. The experience made me never want to come back. A second shot months later and same result. Decided to give it one last shot and was presently surprised by how good the service and food was. I’ll definitely be back if the new management keeps this up!

I was disappointed. I got to the drive thru at 7:33 am. I ordered 10 sausage biscuits, an orange juice and a steak biscuit. I sat in the parking lot 22 minutes. I was late for work. I will not go back.

Waited for over 20 minutes for my order (3 biscuits). I wasn’t the only one waiting that long. After 20 minutes, I told the cashier that I just wanted to cancel my order & get my money back. She and the manager said that my order was here (picking up the bag). I asked, why can’t I get my order. They said they’re waiting on the chicken. So, I asked how long that would be. I had to ask a 2nd time. They said 1 minute. I said that I’d wait. When the cashier handed it to me, she said nothing. I asked, “Are you sorry for my wait”? She said, “No, you wanted to get your money back.” Then the manager lit into me about my horrible attitude and how it’s not her fault, etc. I got angry then and told her she should communicate to her customers to let us know about the wait, and if they are out of stuff…which they were.

Delicious burgers but they don’t do the 6 dollar burger anymore. Hardee’s is the only burger joint that doesn’t upset my stomach. Food is always fresh. The wait is worth it.

These people are so slow and have poor management I ordered gravy Biscuit and the gravy looked like soup and they act like they didn’t want to give my money back offering me something else. DONT EAT when the little black girl with dreads was there making food I never had this problem and I have been going here for years

Ordered large fries, paid for large fries and they gave me a small. I also ordered and paid for bacon on my burger and didn’t get that either. Didn’t realize it til I got home and now it’s too late to go back. This is not the first time this exact situation occurred. At this point this place is just stealing money. Absolutely pathetic. Y’all need to get your act together. Seriously.

I tried calling in an order but was told to order online. I order online and when I get there, they don’t have the food in stock. I ask for refund. I am told to show my BANK STATEMENT (I guess the mobile order receipt I showed wasn’t good enough!) to prove I ordered it. Has anyone ever been asked to show their bank statement at a restaurant? I am then told that they can’t issue a refund from a mobile order and they give me a few fried pies and hash browns I didn’t want. It took up more than half an hour and I’ll never come back to this location.
