I was in the area shopping & decided to give this place a try. I wasn’t expecting spectacular pizza but the pizza wasn’t done. Not sure if u need to turn up your ovens but the inside of the pizza was cold/uncooked. I had to finish cooking it it in my own oven.

I order food from Stacy’s every Thursday. Well today was the last time. Not only was the woman that took the order nasty over the phone, but the delivery girl was terrible. She cursed my 13 year old son out and told him she’d never deliver food to our house ever again. Who curses at a kid? Seriously this was absolutely ridiculous and I will be calling until I get management on the phone. I work for a take out food place and we’d never ever treat our customers that way.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Under New management. Female that answers the phone is terrible, put our order in wrong and gets mad when you complain. Female foreigner driver is also rude and disrespectful! I will no longer get delivery from here….what a way to destroy a business that has been in our neighborhood over 20 years!! I know why stereotypes exist….nasty attitudes no respect for their customers.food would have been good if they took the order correctly!! Smh!!

Just a general compliant as a long time and loyal customer. I tried ordering food this evening and when I called from my cell (that I always use) my call was either disconnected or just allowed to ring. Finally I had to have my mother order the food from her phone (and guess who paid for the food: this guy). I tried calling again afterwards as I simply wanted to check my points but the same thing happened. Today was the first in many months that I have ordered from Stacy’s and today’s experience while simply trying to place an order was disheartening. I will gladly amend this review if it was some sort of misunderstanding.

Store took my order, gave me my cost and eta of 45 minutes. Called about an hour later and was told that my order was on the way. Store called back 2 minutes later telling me that I didn’t have an order. They called me from the same number that I placed the order on. Very inconsiderate in there explanation. Very uncaring about losing business. Very poor customer service. It was a $68 dollar order. Had ordered previous times with errors or wrong items sent. Clearly they are not concerned about customers or their business. I will not be patronizing them anymore.
