Thank goodness the service was terrible because I noticed that the rating was 82.5. I understand under staffed but not so much as an acknowledgment at the drive-thru. I had called in my order and waited for 10 minutes before calling while at the drive-thru. I could see the waitress and told her I was the person at the drive-thru and she would not even turn around and/or come to the window. Another waitress who may have been on break was sitting at the counter but was back and forth behind the counter. Hwy 55 of Wallace received the grade of 82.5 on August 9, 2023 hence I left them with their merchandise. Hwy 55 of Wallace, NC….do better by training your employees and sanitation. Horrible!!!

Use to be great. Use to go all the time. Not anymore. Don’t know what happened to the place. Dining room seems dirty, kids cooking and playing with your food. Service has completely fallen off. Might try again in a few months to see if it’s any better. I would not recommend going there at the present unfortunately.

This might be the worst “Andy’s” I’ve been to. Walked in and the restaurant just seemed a little dirty, which should have been my first clue to walk out, and tables were not cleaned off. The staff was friendly, but after I put my order in was never checked on (other tables weren’t either), and when a new table came in the staff had to be told in the back. My burger didn’t have much flavor, the bun was dry, and the fries were not good. I intended to go to the bathroom before getting back on the road, but there was no toilet paper was in the women’s (so I even checked the men’s and none was in there), and both were filthy, so I just left. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

Take out check to be sure you get what you paid for and quality has gone down hill. Steak and cheese definitely not what they use to be. Didn’t get gravy I paid for. They can keep it as a tip. My tip to you go somewhere else.

Flies everywhere and they were cleaning the grill and draining the oil and grease at 12:30 on a Saturday, the place was dirty and the food has change it’s not good, my daughter chicken was over cooked and the staff was not helpful, they were cleaning equipment and it was a mess, usually on sat it’s packed, it was empty. We waited for our check for 15 min. This was my daughter fav place but the health code rating was 88.5 and it was 98, looks like all new people and so messy. Unfortunately we can’t support this anymore .

Started off as a Rocky experience watching the cook Joshua yell at our server about how our food was prepared. She then had her lead server step up and prepare it herself and the meal was amazing. Thanks to Hannah and Brodeigh for making our night and meal, you ladies killed it! Disappointed to see the men there treated the ladies with such disrespect. Owner should really do something about the situation could costs him money in the long run.
