Literally the worst Dunkin’ I have ever been to. I have been to this location 4 times and each time they have gotten my order wrong. Today I decided to watch them make my coffee. The employee made it wrong so when I tried to help her she first of all looked very confused, not quite sure why as it a very easy order. She went behind the machine to act as if she fixed it. She in fact did not fix it.

I ordered a coffee with steamed cream at the drive through and 3 times the guy said 3 creams??? I finally spelled it out S T E A M E D and as I pulled up it was not steamed, it was cold cream, no froth which I knew because it was ready as I got to the window with no cars ahead of me. It should have taken a few minutes. I could have made coffee at home which tastes better than what I got served. 5 stars to 1 star!!!

This Dunkin is absolutely the worst Dunkin in probably all of Florida. I don’t understand how the owner hasn’t lost the franchise rights. They operate how they want to. I’ve been coming here for years since living here but I’m finally done giving this location my money. Drink toppings on the signature lattes and cold brews? They just don’t do it/don’t stock the ingredients. Cold brew is a 50/50 chance of getting cold brew or regular iced coffee. When you do get cold brew, sometimes it’s okay but most times it’s overly bitter or sour. I stopped getting the food here about a year ago because I was constantly getting gross sandwich’s because they keep their eggs way too long. At this point, I’ll pay more to go to Starbucks and at least get a consistent cup of coffee.

The donuts were ok. Not great. Not bad. We had the Boston Cream, double chocolate, blueberry cake, chocolate sprinkle, and vanilla sprinkle. The best, by far, is the Boston Cream. Also, they charge $0.50 for a cup of water. If you have other donut stores available, go there instead.

If you’re buying milk be absolutely sure to check the expiration date. Out of about 10 chocolate milks in the cooler four of them had the date of March 23 (today is April 1). I put the four expired milks on the counter to make the cashier aware and just got an eye roll as she pushed them aside.

Horrible customer service, food always tastes burnt, Uber deliveries consistently wrong so they clearly do not do quality checks before sending orders out the door. Constantly out of donut selections after 9 am.Same issues for years and they can’t get their act together.

Does this look like a FIVE DOLLAR breakfast sandwich???? NOPE. It was supposed to be the maple sugar bacon on a croissant….. What I got was some broken pieces from the bottom of the pan that should have been thrown away. This place has no respect for the fact that I work for my money and I deserve to get what I pay for.

This Dunkin doesn’t carry everything on the menu. They just pick and choose what they want. You can never order egg bites here because they don’t want to order them. How is that allowed if you’re a franchise?
