I live pretty close by and used to order papajohns frequently. Not anymore. This is the third time my pizza has been substandard but this one takes the cake. Used to order 2-3 times a week. Now I will never order from this location. Do not get pizza here, that’s better options.

Delivered cold via grub hub after ordering from the store in the app. They had a grub hub option which I specifically did NOT choose. The Food was dropped off in 1:45 mins only partial,(did not bring 4 sauces which I was charged for) not in a insulated hot bag… sitting in a stack cold on the passenger seat of the driver. We just received our order and it was horrible. The pizza tasted like it was made on Monday, reheated, sat on the counter for an hour and delivered today (Thursday). The chicken wings had hardly any sauce. The cookie was over baked. The cheesy bread was the only edible part of the order…but even then, it still wasn’t that great. Don’t waste your time ordering from this location. My husband called and spoke to the manager, supposedly we’re getting our money back however if not, we’ll go to the BBB and/or corporate. This was a waste of time and money.

Actual garbage!!! I usually don’t even write reviews but this was ridiculous and unacceptable!!! I ordered 3 medium pizzas, cinnamon pull apart bread and garlic knots. They should’ve been garlic rocks they were burnt and dry. Toppings were only on 2 slices of the entire pizza, the crust was burnt and dry as the desert. The cinnamon pull apart was burnt on the corners and just foul. The fact that you allow food to leave your store like this and into people home’s and you expect them to eat it is disgusting!!! Shut the whole store down. Thank goodness however for Bre I called and complained and she offered to fix it not sure if I will take her up on the offer however but I appreciate the kind gesture. Maybe she should be manager!!!

This is the worst pizza I ever had from Papa Johns. I use to be a delivery driver off of Smoky Hill store several years ago. The quality of this has gone down hill. This taste like it was made several hours ago. It’s dry! Cold. Never again will I get pizza from here

Not sure what happened to this location recently, but on two occasions I received raw dough in my order. Once in an order of breadsticks, and once in a pizza and papadia. It also appears they’ve outsourced their delivery to Grub Hub. I reached out to corporate for some kind of explanation or assurance the raw food issue would be resolved, but they never followed up.

I keep trying to have a good time with this location. Two problems #1 one time we had Covid (request door drop) and they gave me the wrong pizza and THEY TOOK THE PIZZA BACK!! #2 I placed an order for a future time. Since there isn’t notifications when this occurs I wasn’t sure why its an hour late. I called politely asked an eta and Allen was short, and rude back. While I’m being okay no worries(don’t spit in my food lol). I asked for a hand delivery. No knock. No doorbell. No notice. My pizza was delivered. Eventually noticed cold. Looked at my receipt and it’s for Pizza Hut. Not a huge fan of Pizza Hut but maybe it’s a sign. Idk .

Ridiculous, when I order extra toppings and pay for them I expect they actually be put on. We used to order consistently from here but the last few times have disappointed us with lack of extras, lack of crust flavoring when requested, cold pizza when we do online ordering for a certain time (as if they made it way before the requested time). It’s a different crew everytime we go in so we suspect proper training isn’t happening. We will start traveling 15 mins to parry’s.
