I’m sorry but it’s so sad working in the culinary industry and ordering food togo and people just don’t care or think they can get away with thing. They gave me nothing but brown guacamole and there’s no way they couldn’t tell. Food quality should never go down no matter what especially when it’s something you charge extra for. I’m very disappointed as a cook I always make sure to give people something I’d eat or give to my family, if I don’t want it or won’t give it to my family I’m not giving it to someone else

Online order. Read the reviews, I didn’t or else I would not of spent my hard earned money on this place. It was like they gave me nothing. All my chip bags was less then 1/4 full and my burrito looks like it was made for a toddler. Ridiculous! Also want to add that it says a lot about an establishment when none of these negative experiences we post here gets any apologies or concern showed. Save your money, the convenience of not cooking sometimes is not worth it here!!

There was a holdup at the register (gal seemed very new) however it was during lunch rush and I feel she could have been helped but instead held up the line. The kid’s quesadilla was not cooked, not even warm. I had to finish melting the cheese at home. I’ll try it again. Hopefully they work out some kinks with the service.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Chipotle location . The staff seemed utterly disinterested, with not a single smile or welcoming gesture throughout my experience. It felt like they were questioning why I even chose to dine there. Their lack of enthusiasm and warmth made the whole visit quite unpleasant. I hope the management addresses this issue, as a little friendliness can go a long way in making customers feel valued.

First time I have ever been to a Chipotle that doesn’t give you over the standard portions in a bowl or burrito. Now if it was just standard I wouldn’t complain, but we ordered 4 bowls and each was about 2/3 filled. I am not exagerating, it was upseting. Don’t care if this location is closer to my house going to drive farther for decent portions. Management/owner needs to do better.

Terrible. Mobile ordered a steak burrito with light rice. Received an all rice burrito, zero meat. Drove back to the store with the uneaten burrito and the screen shot of my order. Manager could not care less. Said, “So what, you want a remake?” Then tried to gaslight me saying it’s my fault because I said light rice. Showed him my order screen shot and he walked away. Worst experience I ever had at Chipotle. On Friday the 4/21 I placed a order for drive threw to pick up at 7pm and arrived 5 min early. I entered the drive threw with 9 cars ahead of me. I know this because after 5 min there was still 9 cars…. What the heck is going on?? Drive threw is supposed to be the fastest but it gets even slower. After that car left we watched to see how long it takes for them to acknowledge the next car by opening the window. That took 6 min to open a window, oh my god. We proceeded to wait 39min to get to the window 8 cars back mind you. We observed the staff just standing around. Jeff the Manager said half the staff called in sick…. I told him I see everyone just standing around and he said yep!! I have been trying to reach out to Gabe the regional manager with no success. This review saddens me for two reasons 1) I love Chipotle and 2) I hate to write a bad review like this. With all the single star reviews pointing out the same thing I expected they need to get control of the restaurant. The employees are tubing this location.

The last three delivery orders have been wrong. Today a tiny chicken nuggets sized burrito arrived with half the ingredients, two items were missing entirely, and the salad had no lettuce…not rice, so they didn’t mix it up as a rice bowl.

Literally the worst chipotle I have ever been too. I ordered tacos from these guys… and they put 4 pieces of chicken in it LITERALLY 4…. absolutely terrible… when I asked them to put more in it they told me it was going to be charged for double chicken. NEVER AGAIN!

The serving portions here are absolutely terrible. We have eaten at different Chipotle locations and this location is the only one that I have had problems with. Other locations give you great portions when it comes to scoops for burrito bowls but this specific location – nope.
