Visited this location several times. Each visit same. Very poor service. Employees on the phone, move about as fast as frozen water. Stand at the counter waiting while 3 people take care of drive thru orders, zero acknowledgement.

Please go to the next location. This one has no less than 20 pieces of trash on the outside….coming to the drive thru window they are rude. Once I get to the window they don’t repeat the order and just want u to hand them your credit card without even giving u to the total. Simply hold their hand out of the window. Coffee order was incorrect. Hash browns were cold in the middle and the ketchup packet was swollen indicating it was spoiled which is from bacteria growth. Skip this location please. It’s the closest to my house but I have to pass them up.

Do yourself a favor and skip this place if you can. If the owner or manager happened to see this I was just there on October 12th at 9:55 in the morning and the lady working your drive-thru couldn’t bother to take her eyes off her phone long enough to even hand me my card back without me saying something. She barely handed me my food once again eyes glued to her phone and then I heard the card machine beep probably five times letting her know it was ready to take the card out but yet I still had to say something and then also couldn’t take her eyes off her phone to grab the card out of the machine which took her like two tries and then again staring at her phone just stuck her hand out the window no “thanks for coming” nothing like that, worst experience ever at a Dunkin’ Donuts. Will not be going here anymore even though it’s close to work they don’t deserve my money at this location.

I asked for a large ice caramel coffee I pull up and I reconfirm my order and she’s like oh it wasn’t a medium I’m like no it was a large iced caramel coffee instead of having to re-make the drink she just grabbed the L size cup n poured hot coffee in it n had another employee hand it to me a young male I didn’t get his name.

If you can avoid this location please do so . You will only be disappointed if you end up getting anything from here . & that’s only if you are able to get anything, their expresso machine is “ broken “ if you order more than two lattes . Ovens are always down . So no hot foods . Apparently ovens only work when employees don’t feel lazy to make the food. Sad !!! This location of dunkin donuts makes other dunkins look bad ! They need whole new staff or just shut this location down !!! Terrible terrible experience more than couple times already!

Staff is unprofessional. I called because I had missing items from an order. They answer the phone “hello” as if they’re answering their own personal call. I asked if they can make sure my items are in my order since I had to place another order. Guy tells me they’re out of my item. Advised if they can update they’re availability. Guy says he can’t do that. Then I call back to have the item replaced before my delivery driver leaves. They ignore all my calls. I understand it can get busy, but you can’t ignore phone calls either. Thank you for making me pay for items twice and they’re not available.
