I will tell you a little about my experience. First, I will let you know that I am Latina. Since I arrived here, I have dedicated myself to working to help my children get ahead. I have not had the opportunity to study English to learn what I have learned on the street and I went yesterday 7/29/23 at 9:20 am and I asked for a juice from China which was attended to by a lady wearing glasses and gave me an attitude saying that they did not sell juice from China I asked for a glass with ice which she said she did not understand me and I also asked for an egg, cheese and bacon wrap and he made me repeat it about 4 times and I ended up calling my husband on his cell phone so that he could order it for me when I stopped at the window I told him, okay, they don’t have Chinese juice and he talked to me very ugly and with attitude I don’t understand why if I didn’t do anything bad to him I just paid and I said thank you I think he doesn’t like Latino people

I went inside to get my beverage. Greeted by smiling faces, and very polite employees. They were fast polite and big smiles. Iced tea was fresh and in a clean container. Unlike some of the fast food places. Just the perfect amount of ice and strength. As I was leaving, I was told to “come back soon to see them” . I definitely will be there.

White Lives Matter
The dark haired Old women who thinks she owns the dunkin donuts, got extremely upset when I changed my mind not ordering one coffee but two more things. After I ordered my initial coffee without even asking if I wanted anything else she told me to drive up. She instantly gave me attitude stating she assumed I only wanted one thing I guess she can read minds. So when I drove to the window she continued to act like a petulant child and wouldn’t reach out far enough to hand me my coffee’s. I had to open my door and reach my hand in the window. All because this black haired adult wanted to act like a child. If that’s a manager in that business I feel bad for the people that work there.

Unfortunately one star. When I was handed my beverage the cashier didn’t didn’t look at me just handed me my drink and walked away. When I knocked on the window to ask for a straw the cashier goes “oh I didn’t know you would want a straw most people don’t use one with cold foam.” Umm okay but you touched the mouth hole without gloves. You and the person who made my coffee. Of course I want a straw and I don’t deserve grief for it. unsanitary dunkins.
