Went in today and had a horrible experience. Had for perch nuggets and received one chopped up perch fillet. Jasmine cashier had a very bad attitude. Asked to speak to a manager told me he ain’t here. Had to wait 25 minutes for a refund. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

Food was great but I really want to talk about the presentation. I’ve been to Harold’s before and I’m use to the wingz being everywhere. I don’t have a problem with them being like that, but it’s the small things that matter. Idk who y’all had in the kitchen that day but I just want to give y’all some recognition. I can tell when someone actually takes pride in their work, and it really showed.

they have a young lady that works there by the name of praises she is very disrespectful to customer my wife and I we’re disrespected by her I had a conversation with her to let her know the way that she handles business I’m pretty sure it’s not the way that Harold’s Chicken wants her to handle business customer service will be contacted by me someone needs to know how very disrespectful she is she will cause Harold’s to lose money and customers and possibly cause harm to herself because they are customers out here they wouldn’t settle for or accept the things in which she says a manager has been contacted before but he hasn’t took care of the problem that is Harold’s Chicken Shack # 16 I hope that this, it makes it to customer service

First time they ever messed up my order and I’m furious. I asked for mild sauce, black pepper and salt, once I got there I told the young lady no salt but keep everything else and add lemon pepper instead. 15 mins later she gave me my food, there was only lemon pepper and black pepper no mild sauce. This has never happened It will be a minute before I go back to them. Listening is key.

Let me start by saying this Harold’s has a drive through, which could be a good thing if the restaurant was managed appropriately. I called ahead to place an order for a small gizzard. I was told that they couldn’t take my order over the phone because gizzards only take five minutes to fry. I explained that I was just five minutes away, didn’t have time to wait and preferred to pick up via drive through. The person on the phone insisted that it is against company policy to drop gizzards( only) before the customer arrives bc they will be cold at pickup. I reiterated that I’m not concerned about cold food, as I’m five minutes away, and my real concern as the customer is having to wait. She ( Harold’s employee) stated that she couldn’t help me bc it is the Manager’s policy. I asked to speak with the manager. She said the manager was not there and that she couldn’t help me before she disconnected the call. I called back, she picked up then disconnected the call a second time. What about good customer service? Is that NOT policy???? I will NEVER patronize this location again!

Great food, bad service. I had great service my first few times but this last week I have not even been able to order. Nobody picks up the phone. There is an incompetent older woman that walks back and forth asking questions to the cook. I walked in one day to order in person because after I was placed on hold for 15 minutes I hung up and then I kept getting the voicemail even 1hr after I called initially. I then decided on my 30 minute break to come in and place the order but the only thing that happened was they asked me to wait and after 15 minutes of no service. She did not even take my order, I just left and went next door to Subway where I could actually get food.
