Pizza was great but you might just not give the option to pick up later. Ordered our pizza to pick up at 4 15 p.m. got there at 4 10 she explained she would make real quick which she did. Something about system didn’t give her reminder. ??? I’ll be back just not ordering online for later pick up is all. That needs some improvement

Great gas prices! It’s disappointing that they rarely seem to have squeegees and window cleaning fluid. The weather has been warm so there is really no excuse for not providing this service. The fountain machine was out of Coke and the Coke Zero did not taste right. I only saw two employees and they were busy.

I wanted cash back and they said I had to buy something which is understandable. I got a candy bar I didn’t want and when the option didn’t pop up they said I had to put my card in so I did. It paid and then when I asked them about it they said oh we don’t do cash back. This used to be the gas station I stopped at every week to fill my car, not anymore.

It’s your typical Casey’s. They need to get highway dept to increase the right turn lane so semi trucks can get in. Causes a bottleneck at entrance with tight turn.

Tl;dr — it’s fine if you’re just stopping for gas. Don’t even try going inside for food or a friendly experience

I stopped while traveling across the country towing a large trailer. I noticed the trailer tire was low. The air pump is in a terrible location, but I managed to get my trailer backed up to where I could put air in the tire. I start to fill the tire and I noticed it getting flatter. Well, turns out the compressor is broken, so instead of air in, I let all the air out. I go in and tell the people and the guy behind the counter gets mad and goes storming outside. He proceeds to tell me I have to use a pen to push the back of the air chuck. Then he gets an attitude when I ask if I can borrow his pen. I ask if I can get a credit or refund and I’m told no & I’ll have to pay to even try again. So I do, it still doesn’t work. The guy disappeared by the time I went back in. So, I went from a low tire to a flat tire and I was stuck in the parking lot unable to move my trailer because it would have completely destroyed the tire. The people who were there didn’t seem to care at all that their air pump deflated my tire. In the 2+ hours I was sitting there waiting for help, no one even bothered to put an out of order sign on the air pump.

Great gas prices is the reason we stopped. Have never had an issue with Casey’s; however, tonight at 10:50pm while more than 6 customers were pumping gas, the store and gas pump lights were turned off as if the store was closing. (No, it was not a power outage.) All other indicators were that the store was open until 11pm. This was not only poor business practice, it also posed a potential safety hazard to customers trying to finish their pump purchases. One customer had to make her way in the dark to get her change from a prepurchase. I hope tonight’s early closing with no warning to customers who were present was an isolated incident. Gave 3 stars because of the best gas prices, and we know Casey’s corporate is better than this!

Stopped here on 7/25/2022. As I was checking out the cashier told me to pump my fuel quickly as they were closing. It was just before 8pm. I went back into the store to get another item my wife needed and as I was paying for that item she turned all the lights off in the store. One customer stated “oh must be closing” the female cashier responded with “you must be afraid of the dark.” What happened to this place being open the hours that are listed on the Casey’s website.
