The food is obviously been prepared the chicken wings were unrecognizable as they look like they came out of a can. I did not eat the pizza it look like it was heated up.. stopped in and ordered so they had plenty of time to make fresh as we were not in any hurry, in all fairness I don’t go to this jont anyways. I am not surprised, at least try to make an effort to make decent food

I tried to order a pizza from here, as I was working down the street, about a half mile. The gentleman on the phone asked for a zip code, which I didn’t know. Then proceeded to tell me he cannot let me order a pizza without it. I then told him ok, I guess I’ll call somewhere else then? He hung up. Why would I spend my money here when they don’t even know their own zip code, let alone how rude the guy was, without even offering to try asking someone maybe a coworker the zip code for a place less than a few blocks away..

We ordered a pizza via phone for delivery. Waited an hour and a half and called them and they said that it was ordered as pickup. I heard my husband order it and he ordered delivery. Then I told them if they could remake the pizza because it’s been sitting there for an hour and a half and I didn’t want to pay $32 for something that was 2 hours old by the time I got it. They said they would remake it. Definitely not remade! One was delivered within 20 minutes and they said it was 30 minutes plus we’re 10 minutes away. The meat was all dried out everything was Stone cold and dried out the grease had soaked through the box already. I talked to them at 6:11 p.m. and they showed up at 6:35 p.m. they are 10 minutes away. They said it would be 30 minutes for a remake and then 10 minutes for delivery. My husband called to talk to them about it he got put on hold for 10 minutes hung up called back and hung up on he called back again and they told us that it was remade and they weren’t going to do anything about it. I think the picture speaks for itself. I get Cinnabon at Maverick on Regal sometimes, and they never look like this. Pizza was soggy and cold as well. I won’t order from the Pizza Hut 29th again.

The customer service at this South Hill Pizza Hut location has immensely improved since both “Heaven” and “Andrew/ (Drew)” started working there. They always provide excellent customer service within the workplace, are very friendly, and they always make sure that the customer is informed of the best deals or current promotions going on. Nothing but positive vibes and superior customer service from both of these associates. I felt the need to recognize both Heaven and Drew, because I believe it is important to give credit where credit is due. Nowadays, it is difficult to find good people with great qualities like these two have, so shout out! And keep up the good work! And thank you for being Pizza Hut Rockstars, and giving everyone a great experience!!

This is ridiculous…. those are supposed to be breadsticks. I worked at the hut for years and there is no way we would let food go out like this. No butter or seasoning on the breadsticks. Cheese sticks were mostly cheesed. Then the sauce… seriously not even half a cup for 10 sticks! Based on all the times I’ve ordered from here they’re going downhill and I likely won’t come back. The person who brought my curbside order out was not thrilled to be at his job and wouldn’t even look me in the eyes when I said thank you . This store needs big improvements.

We just moved up to this area and I almost didn’t order from this Pizza Hut because of the bad reviews! But I took a chance and everything was great! I ordered for delivery and it showed up 10 min early, the driver was very nice, and our pizza was exactly what I expected. My daughter ordered extra pineapple on hers and they didn’t take that request lightly!

Pizza Hut is highly expensive and when I ask for a pepperoni pizza I expect more than 2 pieces of pepperoni a slice. This is unreasonable and the last time I’ll ever be going to pizza hut again. I’ve had previous experiences with cold, not fully cooked and burned food, twice the waiting time expected is also not an unreasonable accurance. Also WAY too much oil in most of their products. Best thing I can say is that the customer service is either excellent or absolute garbage.
