I love the coffee but the nitro wasn’t made dark enough like it normally is and had 3 sips and it was gone cause way too much ice. Second I ordered a large of something else and I was about a size of a medium and all I see is ice. Please use less ice, I didn’t even get my real portion of a drink. A picture.. it’s all ice barely any coffee was in it. 🙁

The “avocado toast” was served as cold avocado spread on cold toast which promptly ended up in the garbage because I wanted a hot breakfast. Or at least warm. Luckily the apple fritter was decent and had good flavor because it ended up being the entire meal. The person who took the order was extremely nice but not very well trained as she was not familiar with discounts offered nationally and did not hear all of our order. Of course she wasn’t trained to confirm the order with us or we would have had all the items we wanted. Still, we like having a Dunkin in that location and will try again and hope for better luck our next visit.

This is the second time I ordered something and the person taking the order didn’t listen. Then when I tried to give it back to be corrected they refused to take ot back and just offered sugar packets and containers of cream and dropped half of them on the ground….

I stopped at Dunkin today like I do everyday. And sat in the drive-through for 25 minutes. I don’t want to hear about being short-staffed even though that wasn’t said I work short staffed everyday at my place of employment and still do the best that I can. I simply asked if I could get a gift card for sitting there so long and waiting. And the young girl at the drive-thru window said let me ask real quick. Through no fault of her own she asked the manager and they said no I cannot do that. It was just an inconvenience for me regardless. I choose to spend my money there and I understand people have bad days but this is ridiculous.

Terrible customer service. I went through the drive through and ask if I could please have my donuts in a box as opposed to bag. The person said “sure” The lady at the window hands me a bag. I, very politely, informed her that I requested a box. She snapped, “I didn’t take your order”. She then loudly complains about me and She takes the messed up donuts (icing sticking on papers all thrown in bag) and puts them in a box. Lol. That completely defeats the purpose of requesting a box.
