Third time I went to this Starbucks and my order has been messed up. I usually go in to order but I used the mobile app to order due to it be early in the morning and on my way to work. With me going to work I usually go in quick and grab it and do not have time to ask them to fix it. It becomes inconvenient and I spend extra money on add ons that don’t get put in.

I just bought my daughter and I a chia tea latte. It was the worst I have ever had . My daughter stated the same thing. Hot skim milk and no flavor of the tea. This is the second time int the pass couple of weeks that when purchasing a hot drink. No flavor of the coffee or tea. I feel Starbucks quality has been down graded. I would much rather go to Big apple bagel and get the chia tea and they are not know for their coffee and teas. I would not recommend Starbucks! Overpriced for no quality

(10/18/22)Today I went to the starbucks inside family fare at around 12:50 on and a woman was taking my order, I’ve never left in such shock, I have never been treaded like this. When you ask for a large cup with water you get a dirty look, when you ask to change 5 dollars to (5) 1 dollar bills to give a tip I got screamed at. Teach your workers to learn how to control themselves around customers. Everyone has bad days but it doesn’t mean you need to take it out on anyone.

My first time at this location was a good experience. The barista was pleasant, fast, and considerate. He seemed to go out of his way to help out the man in front of my in line as well, I noticed. The man had made some special request, I believe about either transporting his drinks or some sort of extra thing he wanted and the barista was very accommodating. I appreciated that he offered me a straw even though my cup had a lid that didn’t require a straw, because I think he noticed my lipstick and was being considerate (whether that was true or not I will still give him credit for it since it helped me out).

Frap was amazing but the service left quite a bit to be desired. The Barista made a point to publicly shame me for making a mistake while ordering and having to correct myself. Continued to snap at me even after I apologized more profusely than anyone should ever have to. To top everything off, the Barista making the drinks was super slow and moody.

I feel like every time I come to this location they only have one employee working, despite the fact that it is often steadily busy. Today the one employee was a very sweet man who unfortunately did not get an adequate amount of training before being left on his own. He had to ask us how our drinks were made and had to remake them after using the wrong kind of milk. If I were managing this location I would put much more time and energy into training my employees and making sure that I had adequate staff to meet demand.

There’s this barista there named Kris (I’m not sure of the spelling) and she sets the bar, nobody makes the beverages as good as she does. I’ve gone to other locations and was disappointed because I expect the drink to taste like hers. She’s so thoughtful and remembers your preferences. She goes above and beyond and is the sole reason I only go to this location.

It’s hard to write a review for a kiosk that is constantly getting new baristas. It depends on the day you go, since a lot of baristas are not properly trained and are thrown into making drinks that they themselves aren’t familiar with. If you time it right and get trained workers, your experience can by very enjoyable.
