There was a lady in front of me who wanted a hot sub,one of the employees told her that she would have to wait 35 minutes because they were working on a big order. She left because she said it wasn’t fair that she had to wait. This store is just nasty. I won’t be back. This is my update on Jersey Mikes. On July 19 I revisited this store and I must say it was a pleasant experience. All new faces with great customer service. This store did a 360 in less than a month. I have added you guys back on my go to sub.

This is a late post from 3 weeks ago. First time going to a Jersey Mike’s and unfortunately I was disappointed especially with the service. The health score was 96 and you know how I love that! I ordered a giant #7 which is a turkey with provolone. The young lady who was cutting the deli meat had a super attitude when I asked her if she could pick another bread. There were several breads that look smashed and uneven and since I was planning on paying about $17 I would have liked decent bread. I mean she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed as if I said something wrong. The customer next to me noticed it and just shook her head. The next gentleman was nice. He looked nervous making my sandwich and I felt bad. I don’t know if it was his first day or not but nonetheless I thought my sandwich looked good. By the time I got to the cashier the young woman just stood there and didn’t even acknowledge me. I had to tell her I was paying for my food and she just wasn’t pleasant. No one was engaging. It just was a horrible experience! For this to be a first time experience and for me to be from Jersey totally not impressed! Plus I definitely felt it was slightly overpriced. Sad. I really wanted to like this place.

The service was great and my salad (they call it a bowl now) was AMAZING! Just like I remember years ago- Chicken Philly with lettuce tomatoes onions and banana peppers. Chicken and grilled veggies are so well seasoned you almost don’t need dressing- THANX!

Not the best experience at a Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever had. Ordered mobile to pick up and had to place an order in store as well. It was 15 minutes before close. I was greeted with “Are you placing an order” a bit rudely as they were finishing another order. Then I was asked what kind of sandwich I would be ordering because the hot grill is closed. Then with continued attitude, I was told “we are out of lettuce”. I had this feeling they were trying their best to get me to leave so they wouldn’t have to make my order. I will not be returning to this location. I’ve been in management for retail and customer service should be the same from the minute the door opens to the minute the door closes. Very disappointed.

All the team members had in ear phones and didn’t make eye contact. They talked down towards the floor and when I asked “I’m sorry what”. She blew her breath and rolled her eyes. I am never a complainer because I work in a restaurant so I get how customers can be and make sure I am not “one of those customers “. There are literally 4 or 5 other Sub places to choose from on Eagles Landing/Hudson Bridge so next time I will definitely choose one of them.

I have to start off with I wish I could give them 0 stars but I can’t. I’ve been to this location 3 times only because it is next to my wife job. They can not get the job done correctly. Each time they have made my sandwich wrong!!!! New management and training is needed!!! Do not door dash or order online because it can take up to a hour!!!

I visited this Jersey Mike location today for lunch and I must say that I was HIGHLY impressed with the young staff. From the time I entered the restaurant I was greeted with warms smiles and good energy. The staff did an excellent job . It was so refreshing seeing young people working together as a team. To top it all off the food with Great and the bread was soft! Thank you So MUCH!

Stars go to the food. The service is consistently terrible here. No effort to even be the slightest bit friendly. And most recently one of the guys just stared at me the whole time. Didn’t say a word but his eyes were literally glued to me. It was super creepy. As another reviewer stated, it does seem to be a scenario where you are given different levels of service based on skin color

As a devoted customer that would eat their sandwich on a weekly basis, I’m going back to Publix. Jersey Mike’s has started shaving the sandwich meat so thin and putting half the meat on the sandwich than they use to put on them! I’ve tried them 3 more times just to give benefit of a bad day. NOT! $17 for a giant with hardly any meat! No Thank You. Today was my last day… points or no value to me at this point.
