The food here was alright. I liked the chicken and loved the fries here. Recently, the fries taste a little different. I don’t know if the way they make them has changed or what happened, but I don’t really like them anymore. The chicken still tastes the same, though. The chicken always comes hot and crispy whenever I get it. I also love the chicken sandwich here. It is delicious. I would recommend eating here.

Service was slow and poor. The food was tasty and hot. They only had extra crispy chicken, kinda weird, but not a deal-breaker. I ordered their summertime special: BBQ chicken sandwich. It comes with bacon, cheese, fried onions, and pickles. I wanted spicy chicken, but the cashier could not and would not substitute the BBQ sauce for spicy mayo. It really passed me off. She wouldn’t put the order in for me. I asked for her to switch the sauces: NO, I can’t do that. I asked for the spicy mayo on the side: NO, I can’t do that. No effort. I’m sorry, but it’s a simple request. I won’t be coming back because of this.

I go threw the drive thru mostly but I never have any issues the service is always good, they are courteous, friendly and if there was a wait they apologize. I also want to say a couple weeks ago I only Chad a large bill and the cashier at the window was hesitant and said our manager on does not like us to take this large late hours and before close but said it’s fine. The woman at the drive up is always so plesant,so sweet. They all are nice and I never have any issues with my food. One time they left out the biscuit but was fine because they always are nice and my orders always good. I so recommend this Kentucky Fried chicken on Main Street in Poughkeepsie. Ellen Wolfinger

Went inside and all the tables were dirty. Asked the staff members politely if they could clean one of the tables bcuz each and every one of them were dirty. I told the young lady thank u for cleaning it and she gave me this very sarcastic look and smile while shaking her head not replying to me as if she was mad she had to go clean the tables. Definitely not eating there again because it was dirty and definitely not good customer service

It’s rare that service is so bad I have to write a review. I placed a pick up order in advance so I could pick up food on my way home from NY to NJ. Every single employee working was rude and checked out and were acting like the customers’ orders were a nuisance. They also gave me the wrong order but I was in too much of a rush to get it fixed. So glad I don’t live near or I’d never go again

On 10/11/21 at approximately 8:00pm, I ordered their 6-piece Honey BBQ wings and waited 7 minutes for my food. The wings tasted like microwaved Tyson prison wings. It was old, soggy, and generally inedible. I was assured a refund when I called. When I drove 10 minutes back to KFC to return this order, the manager was rude! In a hostile demeanor, she asked what is wrong with my order. I explained how distasteful the wings were and in an accusatory tone, she told me this is as fresh as their wings get and theres no way it should taste stale. She then closed the window and prepared to process my refund. She was unapologetic and did not offer an accommodation. I would not recommend this location due to the food and manager being nasty!
