Thought I a just posted my review, but not sure if it posted. Ordered the Brooklyn Pizza and the Cheesy Marinara Dip and they were both delicious- would definitely order again. Wanted to change things up from our local pizza joints which have gone downhill both service and quality wise. Nicholas delivered the pizza and was very friendly and provided the correct order.

We placed a large order through the app which would not go through. We went to the store and ordered in person with a rude staff who would not accommodate extra sauce for the pasta. When we opened the order back home, the pasta portions were a joke. It is the cheapest thing to make and they gave a laughable amount. With so many other places competing, better service and food would be a good idea.

Had to reorder Parmesan bread bites because they were not done correctly. Store was nice enough to replace for free and deliver. However, they still were not done correctly! So so disappointed. Seriously how can you mess up bread bites? Especially since I called and said that there was no oil and parmesan. Still no oil and not enough Parmesan to taste.

I decided to do a pick up which I haven’t done in a long time every time I order from the Central St., Domino’s thin crust pizza I always get a burger or barely any cheese or barely any items that I chosen I’ve taken a picture justice place so people can see what I’m talking about Hunter is the person that was preparing my pizza and that’s why I believe that whatever name is put out there should hold the responsibility and he needs to be retrained because I don’t believe that a thin crust should be burnt I’ve been eating thin crust pizza from Domino’s places and other places for quite a long time but this place seems to like to burn their pizza sorry truth is the truth and I’m only across the street, I believe that they took their time in joking around instead of doing what they need to do. Last time I ordered was two years ago now I remember why I didn’t order from here I hope they do change and I hope they get better because this is the one Domino’s around our area don’t take advantage of that Domino’s. Good luck hopefully things will change.

I placed an order online, and usually they let you know when your order has arrived. I waited 40 minutes and went to check and the driver just left my order on the hood of my car. I called and the manager was apologetic and remade my order. I love Dominos! You guys rock!! Thank you. Just to let you know, this was a dinner for my fiance who just had his first treatment for cancer and he wanted Dominos. Once again, Thank you.

This was unfortunately going to be a lower review but Hunter really helped us out. We placed our order and waited, only to find that it had been canceled. Hunter was on top of things and got our order sorted out and expedited, even with things being really busy and multiple new people seeming to be trained (reason for our accidentally canceled order). Great customer service in dealing with an internal issue.

it’s no use having a website to place orders if the pizzas don’t come out the way we ordered, I ordered a chicken pizza with bacon, they sent me a cheese pizza it was still cold. Horrible worst experience I have ever had.

Giving a 2 star!!!! Only because undisclosed employee’s informed us that, “The 4.99”,delivery that they charge the employee actually doesn’t get!!! They Only get the tip after and then have to claim every cent and if they are off tax season is always messed up.
