I placed an order for the round table here in Stockton on Holman drive via the app. I used my rewards that I earned over time for a free medium one topping pizza. Once I place the order about 5 minutes after, I received a call from the location I ordered the pizza from. They told me that since I did not spend any money at that location previously, they are canceling my order because I am using my reward points. I told the person over the phone that that does not make any sense especially since round table is a corporation and I understand that there are franchises but if I ordered on my McDonald’s app in a city that I am new to they will honor my rewards because I have spent money with the company. The representatives still said that they cannot process my order because I did not spend any money there. The representative said that these are words from his manager and that there is nothing that they can do. They told me that I should be receiving my reward points back in my profile. This is very frustrating to me since it is during my lunch time which is limited. I called another location here in Stockton and spoke with the manager and asked her if this was a true scenario that happens. She stated that they are not to discriminate against people who haven’t spent money at that specific location and that they are to make the order whether it is with money or reward points. I will be taking this matter of to corporate due to discrimination. I do not recommend giving this location any of your money or business.

Normally very pleased but today was horrible!!! Ordered a pizza at 430. Due at 530. Delivered at 620 after I called. They said they forgot about it and thought it was for pickup. So it’s been sitting there ready since 445!! Over an hour and a half sitting there. All the pizzas and sticks were delivered cold and one pizza burned. They didn’t even make a new one!! Really. Just happy with the delivery guy.

I haven’t been to this location in years because they were really slow. Just stopped in for garlic cheese twists. They were fast and friendly. Hope it stays this way. I’ll give them another try after this.

They have signs outside there establishment advertising buffet but their buffet is closed permanently so don’t bother coming for the buffet game room steals your quarters very disappointed overal pizza is decent

Two small pizzas with two beverages came to $46. No service at all. Half of the beverages in the soda machine were broken with no diet whatever choices at all. Had to ask for a Diet Pepsi which was pulled from the back. Sides of Ranch are $4.50 a piece. Parking lot is very sketchy. Right next to a liquor store. Lots of gangsters in the parking lot hanging out.

Rented the private room for a group meeting. Bottom line this location is horrible.Dont know if any other locations dont have salad bar or buffet but this has ben like this since Covid started and they haven’t gone back. Service sucks, bathrooms are actually locked! Come on in a pizza parlor? I realize there’s homeless folk around but your at the counter and you don’t have to let them in. Now I know why this location is never full. Avoid this location if you can, don’t know how this franchise is still open because it can’t be profitable.

We went after practice. I don’t think they are used to having a large party with kids. It felt like they were watching or every move. He was hesitant to give me the key to the bathroom to take my daughter. The food was good. Only two employees at the time both went to the back, and we needed plates, so we had to grab them from by the register our self.

This place is a joke. Pizza and bread sticks are not very well cooked. The prices on the menu are not the same as what they charge you. When I asked why, they said their menus are old, and refused to refund the difference. Never again.
